Or someone shared a pirated version on the first page. ENG patch already keeps the game up to date so you won't need lastest version.

1, 2, and 3 are all online features. I think you really should not touch them if playing on pirated version.
You can use Cheat engine to cheat for items in game.

They also don't have any extra content. Goblin's dinner is a feature that allows players to create their own scenes using game assets and share them, but you would only get Japanese-made anyway.

There aren't any contents on that aside from PvP, so it's not worth.
The online is also very bugged atm. The dev have been fixing it since launch (well, only 1 week ago)

About the job title, it's just flavor added by MuniKai (he also did it with first game, you can see it there), with no change to gameplay, stats or whatsoever.
