Didn't play it either, but I doubt it's a believable reason, the dev doesn't have the best track record for writing believable female leads.
That doesn't excuse every time after the first time though. Even if it is addictive the same could be said of regular sex.
Curiosity got the better of me, I played it and the reason was as dumb as I thought it would be.
