Enjoyed version 2.5 and believe it has potential to be a fun ero game and some good NTR as well. Though I have some suggestions which you may have already considered. Anyway here is my suggestions and rant.

Lets start with the one you seem to be going with already. That being a timer, but one that is based on your adventure progress. Meaning obviously that a player has a set number of days to complete each adventure or quest. Though this will not do by itself and for that reason I also suggest the addition of a ero progress blocker. Meaning that it would be impossible to get over 100 affections points for both Kazuma and John during the first quest as an example score. Combined this will incentives players to play the RPG element of the game, allow for main story scenes to be introduced before certain H-scenes, and allow you to pace the H-scene progress. For example this could allow you to build quest items or events into a H-scene.

As a final suggestion on this point, at the end of the quest you can have certain main story events which show either Kazuma or John growing closer with the girls in a plot focused way. This could be a flavor scene purely to see the girls grow closer in a more organic way (Talking about the quest, with new characters, or interacting with items found on the quest) or could have some game mechanic effect such as opening the girl up for higher affection development during the next quest. Overall I believe the goal should be to build a overarching narrative that connects the H-scenes to the core story and character development. As well as stop players from simply never leaving the mansion as I don't currently see a real reason to leave the mansion when we can get all the H-scenes without having to.

On that point, H-scenes should ideally be slowed down a little. I understand why the H-scenes moved so fast as you have to grab people's attention fast to get subscribers and an audience, but rushing to sex is almost always a bad idea in NTR. Sexual tension is the name of the game and so I suggest beefing up the H-scenes so as to have multiple foreplay scenes before we ever get to penis reveals let alone sex. This will help build tension as well as add padding to the NTR development. Ideally I'd like to see the heroines being seduced, during the foreplay, with one idea being that they find John pleasing to be around because he acts more like old Kazuma than new Kazuma does, but a stronger cooler version. As Kazuma sexually harassed and bullied the girls in lore as well but was a coward about it. This could explain there fall for him a little better besides being purely a sexual domination due to big penis (Though I have no issue with that being a big reason).

Next, the penis comparison system can be more fleshed out. To begin with the addition of purely flavor texts which comes up during the H-scene after the heroine has seen the other parties penis. Next, the addition of repercussions for failing the mini-game (Possibly after 2 or more failures) would be good. With the addition of point deductions and new text being good additions. Though winning at the mini game should offer a reward as well. Lastly, in terms of future development a chance for Kazuma to redeem himself or win through the mini-game. It would also be a good idea to come up with some faults for John to add on why Kazuma should be able to win.

On a final note you've stated you are thinking about how hard it should be to avoid NTR and to that I suggest that it should be very hard. For the simple reasons that there is a planned easier route. I believe that to avoid a NTR take down should require the player play the RPG section efficiently, but also that the player does the character interactions and mini game near perfectly. Ideally the average player should lose deep into the main story or after multiple adventures. I believe this would build the most enjoyable NTR experience, as the player would lose not because they chose to but because they didn't do a good enough job playing the game.

Porn scenes being locked behind quest progression sounds good. Was thinking there could either be a game over if you fail the quest, if there will ever be some sort of 30 day limit and you fail to complete it in time, or with each quest, after enough time passes, John will finish it himself (maybe to see what the big deal is) making you lose affection and gain John corruption if he does?

Glad to hear you agree on the quest progression ero block. Though I feel merely granting a penalty for failing the quest in the time limit wouldn't properly incentives playing the game (RPG and main quest storyline) as to those who want to see the NTR route (Most of us players) and would rather incentives waiting in the mansion to watch H-scenes. Rather I agree with your first point of a simple game over with a generic NTR end so as to not reward the players inaction by seeing the full NTR.

I'm not the one who has made the NTR avoidable (difficult in his words but avoidable), but the Dev, so go and tell him about it. I'm just saying that if it's hard to avoid, I'm not interested. And if you don't like that NTR is avoidable, that's your problem, not mine.

You obviously never played the game because if you have you would see that there is a vanilla route that has not been implemented that was not my point. My point was that its always vanilla chuds in Ntr games that want to be catered. I never see a futa game people asking for less futa or a yuri game to have less yuri but like clockwork vanilla keks come out of the woodworks going to a predominately Ntr game and listing there demands for less Ntr or they are not going to play it. I never see this type of thing in other niche fetishes.

Personally I think the idea of vanilla route is appealing, because it make the ntr route more spicy with the fact that it could have been avoided. It also make the vanilla route more rewarding with all those ntr routes.

I personally feel like it diverts resources where it can be better spent making more interactions and building up the relationship between the characters which is what makes ntr good. The game systems are promising just need to polish it up but the ntr is pretty bland. Needs more interactions between the characters and mc as well as the antagonist.

Personally magic dick corrupting the girls is pretty boring and happens so suddenly it needs more build up and spending that time to work on a vanilla route instead of building up the netorare feels like a waste.

The reason for this is simple when the cursed ring route is compared to the non-cursed route. The critical difference between these two routes lies in the exclusion of Kazuma from the story. As it is his absence that really fills the heroines with confusion when they speak to the MC, and it is what really allows John to NTR the girls in the first place. Without this we are left with only sexual domination and romance by John. The latter of which can be best done by comparing John to Kazuma, as many of his traits and relationships with the girls can be mimicked and improved upon to explain John's relationship to the girls.

Though getting this information realistically requires the addition of a cursed route vanilla route as we need Kazuma and the heroine's relationship building scenes. This should not be a diversion of resources as it is through these interactions that the MC and heroines will build their relationships. Along with this should come the anxiety and confusion from our heroines who stare at a man who looks like their friend and lover but who acts less like him than the newcomer John. Finally, this information requires the MC to romance the heroines as the MC has been dulled and left empty from the curse which has robbed him of any awareness or care as to the fate of the heroines without further action by the MC.

I agree with everything but the last paragraph. The what if scenario of the vanilla route within the Ntr route should not build the relationship between the protagonist and the girls that should be in the Netorare route. Because if there is no relationship between him and the girls there is no stealing them from him and there is no so called loss because nothing was establsihed to be lost. Good Ntr needs to build a good relationship with the protagonist and the love interest so that it can slowly twist it and corrupt it for the antogonist so that in the end it becomes the inverse otherwise it is just cheating without the Netorare. Good Ntr for me is something that hurts the heart. the thing that when you slowly uncover the clues and where the story is going gives you a sense of anguish in the heart, where it makes you feel bad for the protagonist. Everything else that is not that is cheating not Ntr.
By doing what you suggest you take it from the Netorare route put it in the vanilla route within the Netorare route which just turns it into the route where the protagonist never had anything and the girls sleep with the other guy because he has a big dick

I ment that maybe once a girl has "fallen" give us the chanse to "redeem them" by way of the party finder thingy you have already implemented.
Like you have to "cock block him" by spending time next to a character for x seconds and then she joins your party [ idk maybe add a system like a scale where if she's compleatly on one side shes "fallen" while on the other shes "your gal" idk spur of the moment thinking i guess.
I am sorry, but I find it hard to make a plot about "redeeming the girl." The only thing I planned for the redemption plot is at certain ending near the end of the game.
One fun idea for the room where you look for the girls (the dark room timed one, not sure what to call it) is that a certain corruption level you could have a chance of running into John fucking the girls in that room but since it's so dark Kazuma can't really see, or maybe one of the room doors will be locked with them behind it?
That's actually a good idea, but it's pretty hard to touch or edit the minigame section. Maybe I will make it happen, but I can't guarantee it.

I didn't mean to rush the sex scene. The early build now is just my method for allowing the current player to see the scene easily and faster. The finished product will have more balanced pace. As for the foreplay and such, I will improve, tweak some dialogues, and add more scenes and event in between the already added event scenes.

But it's already there on a certain girl in the form of texts, but I haven't completed it since, as more scenes are created, I need to backtrack again and tweak some dialogue again and again. So I can promise you it will be polished on more later version, everything is already planned along with reward and penalty of the lewd minigame.

Conclusion:
Your opinion is solid. And you answered my question in my mind about how the relationship can go with John and the other girl ("He acts more like old Kazuma than new Kazuma does"). This one!). For the ero progression block, I am really sorry, that won't do. But the second half of the game will involve more exploring and selecting your choices carefully, puzzles, and minigames, it won't have the same system as the first half of the game. And yes, the second half of the game will have two routes based on corruption. But first and foremost, I need to add a lot of dialogue to the first quest.

The penis comparison system needs polishing, that's true. But it's already there on a certain girl in the form of texts, but I haven't completed it since, as more scenes are created, I need to backtrack again and tweak some dialogue again and again. So I can promise you it will be polished on more later version, everything is already planned along with reward and penalty of the lewd minigame.

What's the new 6 random scene? Same as 2.5? That's not new. I enjoyed wiz ntr teaser tho.
Here's idea for wiz ntr : a craft quest. Everytime you craft item, you get ntr scene until she succumbed. And craft is lewd outfit for the girls.

I think the game needs to be reported to the mods as a "Game Update" instead of editing yourself. Otherwise the game won't show up in the "Latest Updates" page. Hope this game showing up will help get more support, given how consistent these updates are.

Really enjoying the game so far. It's nice to see some development in the random changes to the lifestyle. I'm curious to see what else is next for the game. Hoping to see more scenes with the main girls.
