It did not make much more sense in the series also, but since such writing and acting is a common occurance
in big studio series 100ds of people work at, why should this be any big surprise in this game?

That's like saying "there's this other thing that's not related to this game that doesn't make sense so why should this game make sense?" and you compare a series that doesn't have choices with this game that has choices but the results don't consistently show in the story. So should i assume if i name the MC "Tommy" it's all logical or what? Sorry, i don't get it. :/

The sense it makes is in the gangter fictional world: she a working girl and MC beat her pimp up.
She is interested to have MC around. Is all. All girls are not outta the blue, they have their agenda.
Sex does not mean a lot for her, as she sells it daily, but using it to get something is her M.O.
A working girls meets assholes as her job, so snatching a good asshole she can somewhat handle is a bonus for her.
Much like the hottie in the mansion: girls are owned by their pimps in sex cartels. They have no way outta the gutter.
Meeting MC as some different guy she can use to fend off her daily struggle is not being stupid and not bad.

MC beat up 2 nasty abusive clients, not her pimp, and then called MC without having his number or him even being interested in her "handling" him. Now i can understand gangster fictional world logic, i'm a fan of the work of David Lynch too but if there's no logic in something it just isn't there.

It says that my character is freshly graduated from the police academy and that he is "forced" to go undercover. Ok, that sounds decent. However, near the end it states to disappear from my ex-partner's life....wait a minute...is this talking about a love interest or his actual police partner? If it is the former, ok, that sound ok...but if it is the latter, how would he have gotten a police partner having just been graduated from the academy? That just doesn't make sense.

Yes, it might take that to happen when playing the game, but when it will take a couple of hours to download the game because of all the shitty download sites out there, it is easier to just ask.

The partner was his police partner, they just didn't have time to start working together because he is quickly set up and forced to go undercover

This game does have some plot holes or questionable writing choices ngl. Specifically how the whole undercover thing is set up. Like how MC contacts his boss with his phone or just goes to her house. You'd think they'd atleast know not to do these when going under cover.

Also I think the idea of the game is good and I'm actually interested in finding out where it goes. But you can tell that the dev can't execute all their ideas properly. Probably because English is not their first language.

The story by itself is good or atleast an interesting theme, but i guess the dev did not plan ahead when making the renders with all possible paths in mind. He already changed parts of the story as he started out with 2 protagonists wich was somewhat confusing and probably too ambitious, but he improved it alot by removing (most of) the scenes with the other guy.
But it's a learning proces, there's no dev that doesn't learn anything from his work or doesn't get better over time.
So yeah, i'll probably will check again and i hope to see improvements in his future work.

This is going nice, I love that some choices are affecting the opinion of the characters. An example is letting Zoe in on what the hell are you doing? I feel like she is the only one that can help you with Miranda being a scheming bitch lol. Sex scenes with grace and the stripper can use some touching up though. Overall, great update.

Yes, please start fresh. This is a ren'py bug. I fixed it, but the old saves with this error unfortunately can not be fixed

I meant it in general, not specifically this game.

But sure, they would be very likely torture and kill the MC, likely kill the lose ends, if they can.
Killing Zoe or other cops...depends, that can easily lead to a large shit storm and bring more trouble than what it would solve, i don't think they want an open conflict...maybe some 'accidents' to kill them.

I don't think humilating him would be a priority thought, like they also just killed the guy which wanted to kill the boss.
Either way by that point the MC would be the one which would be top priority.
And didn't give the MC the information to the departmant chief (forgot her name) ?

Also Zoe isn't necessarily a loved one, but can just be a ex-coworker, same goes for the other LI's.
Which would mean additional paths and lot more work. A rape route in this case would be belivable, but it's just as belivable if they just kill them...in the end it's the preference of the dev and if he want to invest all the additional work. That is, if he even would want to make these paths and how the story is planned.

The logical explanation is that she made it clear that she liked the MC in the second chapter. And even if nothing happened between them, the MC could have changed his mind and started hitting on her based on HER past behavior.
But I'll check, maybe the text needs to be corrected a bit there.

the mc thought like " she didnt like what we did at her apartement"
even if nothing happend (the mentioned kiss option)
at the scene in ch3 are 3 options

1. rather meet at your apartement
2. outdoor sex (lc35_1 true) -was greyed out
3. i dont care ...

i choosed the 3rd here
