Im tired of searching every game with pregnancy tag trying to find good games with pregnant/inflated bellies, And by good i mean real pregnancy mechanics and sex scenes with big bellies.

What i hate: Lazy pregnancy implementation (pregnancy ending only, pregnant character becomes inaccessible or interactions with them are very limited until pregnancy ends, for inflation is when you see it in the end of scene and then girl becomes normal again)

Im looking for good games with good pregnancy/cum inflation mechanics and sex scenes. I'll start my list here and will update if i find something good

If it has any problem it's that the dungeon crawling combat left over from the base game feels more and more disconnected as the pregnancy content keeps being layered on. There's not that much of it and it goes pretty quick but it does start to feel like a chore.

Completely agreed with you, I'm looking for practically the same thing.
This thread is a list of a shit ton of games with cumflation, some great and some mid, but it's fantastic if you love cumflation like me. Here you go

I hope there will be an official tag for this stuff one day. Also hoping games with belly jiggle eventually get added because damn there's not a lot

Sandbox - Love & Sex Second Base (Harem(s), full long pregnancy, pregnant sex, up to 2 kids with each LI, lots of different LIs)
VN - Parental Love - in the epilogues there's pregnant sex with the MCs tenants/daughters. warning one of them is a loli.
VN/Sandbox - Power Vacuum in the What If section of links dl What If Vol.3 - Pregnant Harem. It's short but pretty good pregnant sex scene with the MCs mother and sisters.
Haramase Simulator - whole premise is a virus decimated the male population of the world, the MC is a guy who gets a license to impregnate virtually any woman he wants if he pays their fee. There's one character who includes netori. there's also a mom and 2 sisters the younger of which turns out to also be (weirdly) the MCs daughter. The game has unlocks based on how many kids you've had and you can set the gestation period to either 7 weeks, 18 weeks (1/2 pregnancy) or 36 weeks (full pregnancy) unlocking pregnant sex with some characters can take some doing.
RPG Maker - Impregnation! Child Making Farm It's like a porn version of Stardew Valley. Lots of townspeople you can impregnate with/or without marrying them. LIs range from Lolis to Milfs, no limit to how many kids they can have. Pregnant sex and birth scenes. Your farm animals are also all monster girls that you can impregnate (cowgirls sheepgirls, harpies and fairies). The quality of their goods goes up with how many times they've given birth. You can either sell their(your) offspring or raise them to adulthood and then breed them as well.
