I've been as "hostile" as I can be here... on purpose -- because: it's obvious to _me_, who never released a product to paying customers, that it doesn't take **cough** that much to release a game as good as GGGB -- or even, a better one -- _if_ you have:
1) a solid idea [which Eva Kiss obvisously had],
2) "creative"/artsy skills [I will not get into that... the orgin of this game's art is well/somehow documented], _and_
3) a someway solid understanding of your development environment.

Agreed. Hence, understanding the development environment should be considered as a given.

Actually, we disagree here: They should. "Code literacy" allows for an assessment what is -- and what could be (e.g., shorter release cycles, or: more original content whithin the same timespan).

Yes. People care about the actual experience... The code itself, which allows for the experience, doesn't need to be "perfect", that's true. But: the amount of time put into structuring the code upfront pays out during the overall development process, cleaner/leaner code allows for more maintainability. I don't mean to say "This game is garbage", rather: "Look, this game is great ...but it _could_ have even been better/completed in a shorter time" (spending less time on dealing with coding issues, more time on graphics and story). Lessons to be learned from this project... not: this project shouldn't exist in the first place.

Actually -- for this purpose --, we are talking of 4-8 weeks of preparation here... (not accounting for developing the original game idea, of course).
You must be fun at parties.

Let me say first, that from all (over 100, I think) games from F95Zone and TFGames, that I have played, no other game has made me to identify so much with the main character, and to care so much for folks close to her. Not only I have skipped many otherwise very interesting fap choices (like camgirl or erotic star with Danny) thinking about Ashley's future, but I have also done so because I have cared about her friends.
Thinking about 3 similar games, that I've played, in Life Choices this had a limited impact on my gameplay, and Hard Times in Hornstown and Girl's Life I've played 50/50 like a fap and VN/adventure game. In contrast my play through GGGB very early on turned to be driven almost exclusively by caring for the protagonists.
It was the emotional highlight of the game for me, when self-assured Ashley, at the very top of the sexy path, was confidently speaking on TV Show about her previous insecurities, being a free woman, stopping short of doing things which would make her uncomfortable (like fully nude shots), being bisexual (actually predominantly lesbian), and encouraging others to become whoever they truly want to be.
I'm really glad, that after the initial "wild self-exploration" period, the choices that I've made for her have led her there, and I was not regretting them at the end, even though she has somewhat run of luck and opportunities by then, having her live a pretty normal, a bit boring and single life, with all those, that she really cared for doing at least as well, as she did.
So in my opinion it is a very good visual novel on it's own rights, that even on Steam I would heartily recommend, which is something which I could not say even about Hard Times in Hornstown and Girl's Life, playing of which I have also enjoyed very much.

I sure will play it quite a few more times, possibly messing up with the variables, to explore some of the other paths, and taking more risks, but still guided much more by me seeing Ash like my daughter, than by curiosity about fap material hidden in the depths. I did not, for example, go the erotic website road, not because I found it beyond Ashley's acceptable bounds, but because I did not trust Danny enough, but that's something I will sure try. I was also quite sorry to say "No" to returning Eric (especially in the way, that it has been written), but at that time (because of her seeing what the marriage has done to her parents), it was obvious to me, that she was set on building a steady relationship with a woman... something, that I can turn around the next time ;). She was open to Nat or even Jasmine, but really fell for Jessica, for some reason no longer getting any option (and no explanation, why it was no longer happening) to be intimate with her, but even if I have to play directly with the variables, I certainly want to see, how it would work.
On the other hand, even though some scenes, that I really like to see in porn games are likely to be present and even abundant in the Wilson path, I sure care too much for Ash to ever explore them ;).

There are also very few bugs and technical problem, that I've encountered in the game, which is quite unusual for this site. I can't say much about the "culture of the code", but the end result works almost flawlessly, especially for a Patreon game.
Actually I have found only 2 bugs, and they are really minuscule:
1) receiving 2nd (?) internet gift package (169R) I was wearing Sexy Ash 3 outfit (black bra-like top and US flag shorts) and I've received the 4th Good Ash outfit (pink top, white skirt), in which "I finally felt totally comfortable with my looks"... but there was no option to start wearing it, and I kept wearing my old Sexy Ash outfit till the end;
2) buying the compact car (and being alone) I've got my money decreased by 6 (as expected), but I've received a wrong message, about "Money decreased by 4!".
The biggest problem, that I had, was with the story flow, and with the abrupt and unexplained end to my sexual encounters/romance with Jessica. Just before renting my own apartment I have visited her at her parent's house (169Jes, jessfriend3, jessgood2, no boy/girlfriend), and as usually landed in bed with her, which ended with "Each time we do it, it's even better." As she has already decided to stay with her parents, I could not rent an apartment with her, so I've rented my own, and since them, without any explanation, seeing her for a few more times, I've had no option to be intimate with her. Sure, becoming more responsible, she could have decided to go 100% straight on sex as well, but shouldn't she at least tell her past lover a word about this? Or shouldn't I have a chance to ask? But that's the only illogical "story barricade", that I have run into.
I have also found a very small, but a bit anticlimactic problem with the Gossip article picture, when Kevin shows Ash the article on the campus. When the large text (on pink backgrounds) seems to be properly personalized (nice job here), the small (but still easily readable) print isn't. It's a bit shocking, making your mind to be a lesbian, to read, that "Well, the most important thing is for my partner to have a big dick, ha, ha!" Personalizing all those small print paragraphs may be too much work, but how about greying out all the small text?

Thinking about possible game improvements, though it would be a large task to undertake, I would like to give Ashley more chances to actively guide her life (actually, that may be the biggest weakness of this game, that she really doesn't guide her life, just makes choices based on what others offer to her). I think, that the best way to do this would be to give her a chance (like once or twice per month) to make a 3-4 phone calls to any of the people, that have so far contacted her.
I would like her to be able to decide, with whom she wants to spend the weekend, or with whom and how she wants to grieve after someone's death... or at least have a chance to show interest in the potential sexual partners by calling them, and to inquire about job possibilities with folks, that she has already worked for (like asking Jack for some additional time at the club, because she wants money for a new tattoo, or checking with Super Gossip, if she could not do some additional shots for them... and maybe hear, that sure, but this time they would have to be nude).

Last, as I have seen a few posts about methods of reading/editing the variables, I would like to recommend the simplest and well working tool to deal with them (at least, if you are willing to guess their meaning based on their names, which is mostly easy for this game). It's the free online tool at , which currently supports *.rvdata2, *.rpgsave, *.dat, *.sav, *.save, *.rsv, *.qsp, *.rvdata, *.rxdata, *.lsd, *.sol files for Adobe Flash, QSP, Rags Player 2.4, Ren'Py, RPGMaker 2000/2003/XP/MV/VX/VX Ace, Unity3D, Unreal Engine, The Witcher 3 and Wolf RPG Editor.

How to play or start the dlc ?
The DLC is just endings for Nat. Finish the game like normal and you'll get them depending on your choices.

Does anybody know if all teh DLC will be about the endings? I mean, there's plenty of days where Ashley does nothing in the game. A lot of extra content inside the game could be included easily.
So far only endings for Nat and Jasmine were outright confirmed.
EvaKiss did hint a few months back that she'd like to add more content for Jasmine during the main game. But it hasn't come up since.

AFAIK, DLCs are and will be only secondary characters endings (more like epilogues, nothing more).

From what I understood this is not entirely true, because there is also the chance that with the next possible updates (DLC 1.2 and/or DLC 1.3) will be improved the ending of the cuck Eric route that, in fact (to be one of the supporting walls in the construction of this game), is poorly illustrated.
Also, some of you might find there are some specific paths or npc's that are somewhat neglected in the endings(NAtasha, Jasmin, cuck Eric). I plan on adding a bit more content about them in v1.1, but I had to prioritise what to include in v1.0. I have a lot of ideas and I wanted to do many things that I had to cut, or I would never finish this off! They say sometimes less is more, and I have some trouble implementing that, but there's a limit to how many branches, complexity and content I can manage! But as I said, I will add to it in the near future.

This game is brilliant, i played a dozen lewdgames, but none has captivated me more then GGGB.
The artwork is near perfection and the storytelling is thought out and well written.
In my first run, i was more focused on the artwork. but as the game progressed, i noticed i started to focus more on the story itself. Making me want to replay, trying to follow the same path.
But a few small decisions took me to another path that still led to the same ending, but with a few small but important details altered.
Not only how Ashley progressed from a shy young woman at the start of the story, to the woman she becomes at the end of the story kept me interested. Also how the other characters evolved throughout the story kept me playing the game.
Most games using the same concept, tend to be cringe af and struggle to keep my attention. But gggb isn't cringe and is a better love story then Twilight or god forbids, 50 shades of cringe.

I must admit, i love these kind of story telling where an easy going young woman discovers a new world by sheer luck or coincidence and starts to explore that new world, making her evolve over time. Either by decisions she made herself, or by influences of those she meets and enters her circle of life. And this game simply nails it.

I hope to see more story content being released over time within this game.

A Rottweiler humping someone’s leg is a better love story than Twilight or 50 Shades of Grey.

The game still has a crap ton of bugs

I often get dialogue from a path that I'm not on

For example. I got Dave to break up with Eva but later in I get dialogue that Eva is still with Dave

That was just one example but it happens a lot

Hey Guys, can someone tell what the Factors/Choices are for the different Ashleys like Thug, Bimbo and so. I guess these are different Routes I can take..i guess.
Or are they rather obvious?

Quite obvious. All are dependent on your amount of Bad points. And these are different Bad routes.

Ashley becomes a Thug if she likes hanging out with other thugs too much and avoids fame (no Instagram, modeling, etc). At one point they invite you to become a part of their gang. You can accept or refuse. If you refuse, Ash later becomes Sexy.

To get Bimbo Ash, you need to have many Bad points, to want fame and ask your Mom about doing breast surgery.

will you do more walkthroughs on good girl gone bad?
The scope of the game is well beyond a simple walkthrough, and it's not something I'm willing to do at this point. But it might still prove useful to serve as a good basis for the early parts of the game. Cheers.

I quite enjoyed this on my first playthrough. Got Ash and Eva as a couple (hooray!) with Ash having a good corporate job, Jessica being happy as an artist, etc. The instagram/fame stuff just seemed to cut off after the billboard photoshoot abruptly, which was kind of odd. I'll probably do another playthrough to see if I can succeed at fame while still being with a woman - I just really don't care for any of the male romantic options in this game, they're all unappealing.
you can get an ending where Ash is a single successful instagram model.
