i don't think anything needs to be changed. according to some studies more than 10% of women in the US have rape fantasies and nearly 20% of rape victims experience orgasms during the victimization. those are biological responses that happen to certain individuals even when their minds strongly oppose the intercourse. the MC could be just one of those women so the scene can make sense.

Pretty sure that EvaKiss is trying to include as many fetishes as she can. The blackmail route is literally being coerced into doing what the gangbanger says so you should expect something nasty if you comply with the gangbanger but then refuse him when you're face to face. It's also a porn game so obviously there's going to be a focus on erotic content, rather than dark and disturbing content (not that rape isn't dark/disturbing if a woman receives sexual pleasure from it, it's just less so in fiction where the situation is written with the intent to be arousing).

As for the "rape" scene, I think it's realistic, like someone says before women can have orgasms during rapes and that doesn't make it any better.
If you can't deal with such themes, pick other options or don't play the game.
