The last scene, if you go with the latinamerican guy, has some extra bits of story in that route.

Incorrect. I have a good playthrough going where the only person Ash has slept with was Eric. In that playthrough, I got a good bit of lesbian scenes with Eva and it seems like there will be some with Jessica and possibly Natasha in the future.
