I honestly don't understand the point of this poll.
I mean, if you ask those who supported you to make a game (and you've met their demands to get them to support you) what fetishes they would like to see in the next game, how can you expect them to vote for different topics from those in the previous game? So I don't see how the most voted fetishes can be different from those already present in GGGB which represents a well measured mixture of all these (from romance/vanilla to incest).
I've always thought that these polls don't affect the developer's choices much, but rather serve the developer herself to test the approval of her work and the active response of those who most support her game. However, precisely because this survey is proposed as a starting point for Eva Kiss's next project, I would have expected that more significant topics would be proposed on which the current patrons could express their opinion (the scenario of the story, the age and gender of the MC) and perhaps able to stimulate new patron to support the project itself.

Oh contraire! After all those years the patron base changed, updating the most wanted fetishes is quite fine. On the other hand I would be concerned if, what you suggested, EK would ask about the scenario of the story. This is something the dev should, and imho, must decide by herself, these are fundamental decisions which should not be given to the mob! She wants to make a fantasy based game? Fine, do it Eva. Or another scenario with different MC? Do it! She doesn't work for us, she gets our support for creating her vision. Not to say, the motivation doing what you want to do is certainly higher!

Apples and oranges. I get that some people do not like shemales, but both are fakes... The average bimbo gone through more fake surgery and injections than the average shemale although to be fair not by much. It's all a matter of personal preference really.

Eva Kiss has said that the new game will likely be contemporary as well, so we shouldn't discuss things as if they are meant to fit in a fantasy context. Of course bimbofication wouldn't make any sense in that case.
And regarding bimbofication, I really don't get why people slate it. It is completely avoidable in the game, so it's not something that affects you if you don't want to see it. I do, however, get the argument that it sucks that you can't go all the way down the porn star route without it, but I also think that most people who wants to make Ashley a porn star do not have a problem with making her a bimbo.
One of my votes in the poll was for bimbofication, but I chose to consider this as an expression for all types of body modification (piercings, tattoos, etcetera). No other game comes close to GGGB in this regard, so naturally, it's something that I think should stay. It is fun to customize you character or see different styles an appearances, that's why I enjoy it. It also makes the corruption feel more authentic.
Realistically, if you build a patron base of 2000 people, you can't easily do a 180 and do something that they're completely uninterested in. I know that I would 100 % cancel my pledge if the next game turned out to be a fantasy game anyways, or if it was a dating simulator, or a love story like Melody or Dating My Daughter. I don't think these polls are for the fundamentals of the next game's story, but rather to give an indication if there is something she should put more or less emphasis on in the future. I don't necessarily agree about bimbofication sucking ass. For me, it's about the fun in giving the character a new look, to appeal to all different tastes I might have, and as a way of physically showing the corruption that has occured.
About shemales, I don't like it at all in real life, but in games I don't have a problem with it. I honestly think that if GGGB would have went on longer, we could have eventually seens this. For example, dominant Ashley in her relationship with Eva.
I like all types of body modification in these games, and that would include shemale routes as well (if that's what you even mean - a female MC getting a dick). It's fun to give the characters different appearances and have different routes of corruption.
Because even though a bimbo might have few character traits, it's still fun in the context of corruption an A-level student into a cock-crazed blow up doll with nothing else in her mind.

Believe me, after I failed at the fourth Human Centipede, I learned my lesson.
Except, as the game showed us, it’s the journey, not the destination. There are plenty of games where a female protagonist acts like that without being labeled a bimbo, so clearly you’ve oversimplified the whole thing.
