The day before Eric's journey you can ask him about an open relationship. If you picked the right choices so far he will say yes to it. After that you can fuck Little Chad and cuck Eric.

You get the premium card, when you followed Ashleys mom in the last update and you guessed the right car in the dlc (White BMW). Then you can talk with the mother and find the card.
