Dad & Ash - Good Girl (30-35 points) in relationship with Dad. Must not be in any other relashionship
Ryan & Ash - Same as Dad but with Ryan

Eve & Jacob - Broke up with Dave but is reformed and friends with Ash. Ash must see her having sex with Jacob when they meet first time
Eve & Enrico - Gang Member with Ash and both stayed loyal to Enrico throughout
Eve & Bubbha - Became a slut and joined gangbang at pool party and continous to join futhur gangbangs

Hum, for Eva & Bubba I think it's a little more complicated than that, I did several attempts with a slut Ashley and Eva going to gangbangs with Tyrone's friends but didn't manage to get this ending.
Does anybody have a little more clues how to achieve it?

By the way, there is also another pregnancy ending: Dad / Ash / Arthur where Ash is pregnant and not really sure who the father is. ;)

There is also a pregnancy ending: Dad/Ash/Dave where Ash is pregnant by Dad but makes Dave think it's his so Dave marries her.

I thought if you wanted to be with dad you couldn't be with Arthur. How did you manage that scenario.

I must have played about 10-12 paths and I still find new paths here in the discussion board

Actually, you can't be with both of them all along the game. I think you can find some clues to achieve it in the walkthrough.
From what I remember:
- You have to play "full dad" and reject Arthur when you have to choose between him and Bernard. Then keep on your relationship with Dad.
- Eric have to die so that Arthur ask Ash to stay with him (I think you need enough bad points to trigger it but I'm not sure)
- Have dinner with him, let him drug you and keep on your relationship with both of them

There is actually a path where you are sleeping with Dad, screwing Ethan and your Mom and Arthur, it's not an ending but you can get this scenario during the game.
