No the MC doesn't rape Lara there is one avoidable rape scene from another guy and there is no NTR as the MC and Lara are not together. There is some content with Lara and a sex scene if you meet the right requirements. You alone control what happens to Lara you can go the loving route or corruption route. Make her do this or that.
