Make sure to use the 'Recommended' quality setting in the startup window, trying the other options only if you have problems to run the game.
As always, post any bugs found here and I'll post a quick fix version in a couple of days. I hope you enjoy!

Actually it's the first update in all my games that I was able to add 4 full erotic scenes.
Check the trophy list. If there are some missing, it means there are still scenes to find.

Does gamebler cheat? Because I used Cheat Engine's Speedhack 0.2x and I am pretty sure I can select proper one and it is ALWAYS not proper.

Yes. There is a scene with the male protag and at least two with other males.
