I don't think so think there would be to much to it very technical and Unity is not as open as the likes of Ren-Py

You cannot save directly, but...
1) You can change the rate of the auto saves in the settings
2) You can switch the rooms and the game will be saved when you into another room
The "Ending Editor" is an example of what would be needed to have text in all entries of the gallery. A lot of dialog text is dynamic and changes with different variables, so it doesn't fit in a simple gallery item.
You can use the Ending Editor in the CONCLUSION gallery to view the scene if you finished the game once.Nice game
The main issue with a mobile version would not to be simply the building process, but player input. The game is designed thinking in a mouse/keyboard set up. I'd have to make some serious changes to support touchscreen input during interactive scenes.
The option to "COLLECT" saves is what you can use to keep the save points you want. The use of autosaves was just a decision made to keep the game's base save/load framework simpler.

Have you got any idea what your next project will be? Or will you take a little break before starting over? As much as I liked Mara Loft I hope you're not aiming for a sequel.
That's why i stopped playing after chapter 4 or 5 was released so now i can enjoy the game in it's final Release because after HnS2 i new this will be another good Game from The Architect thanks, can't wait what you have in store for us in the Future but take a well earned rest or not if you got more Gas in the Tank to keep going we will wait and enjoy this.

The Architect I thought the game was complete, if you end up in prison in the village, this message appears:
I thougth I had removed this. The idea for this scene didn't developed well with the rest of the game. I'll cut it in a patch release later
