You need to talk to her multiple times (to trigger the beach event, you need to talk her every friday at school)

A lot of people have questions abou how to proceed, first of all be sure to have a lot of karma, I use commands to set it to 999 and forget about it. Use the variavle viewer (crtl+d) to see what variables you are lacking. To go to the restaurant you have to give money to your aunt in the hallway and help her in the store in the morning, also you need to help barbara in the kitchen in the morning and give a gift of whiskey to your dad. Help yourself and use the commands.

I spied on Aunt Kim and Harry during the dinner scene and talked to her on Wednesday midday, but nothing else changed so was wondering what I was doing wrong

so many quests are buggy, and are not triggering... from update to update the game gets worse ...
talk with lucy at the beach ... yeah she never is at the beach at all
talk with harry in the kitchen .. yeah i would when he would be there at all .....
mrs flatcher story.. still not starting after lutiple times ppl reported this bug. and after 3 updates now ...now fix at all
