Is there a setting I can change with this game? When I move it looks like everything is fuzzy. I'm not sure how else to explain it. It is giving me a headache.

After you talk to the Carpenter, come back the next day to the bridge that you see when you first enter Noshia Valley.
There should be someone there with an exclamation mark ready to talk to you.

When the MC is male, other women get actual designs and even a personality.
I don't think I even seen a h game where the female MC is the one who openly seeks relationships with guys that are actual characters.

Alternatively, the star of the FeMC games is the leading woman who gets all of the dicking. The star of the Male MC is still the women who get all the dicking. These games are designed, predominantly by straight men for straight men, and for the most part, straight men don't really like drawing detailed naked men, so 99% of the focus goes on making the woman getting the dick look as good as they can get it, and the last 1% goes into making it so that the dick isn't just a disembodied dildo if at that.
