It's alright. It's just curiousity as she is the only girl I know in the game so far.
As far as the mandatory LIs, the only one I'm not sure I'll have much interest in is Jamila. I like the others. So I guess I'll be able to discard all the LIs that don't interest me at all.

You'll have your reasons, but I personally find Jamila absolutely lovely. Both the aspect and the personality. A bit too prideful for her own good, but, still a exceptional woman I would be in real trouble if I met her IRL, my wife would have much to say about that.

The accident with MC's parents and sister happened long before the start of the game, and the scene you mentioned is the intro.

Now onto my 2 cents about the game, I can commend the author's commitment to a REAL variety of LI's, not only the usual suspects, like Katie, Zelda and Fiona, but also various etnicities, sizes and ages. GILF, Milf, Petite, Muscular, Thicc, small but busty (the scene with MC knocking Minnie with his schween was funny)., etc.
On the other hand, the game have some repetition in regards to writing (some things that could be cutted and wouldn't be that much of a loss).

Loved the idea of 'breaking up' w the lady at the clothing store.
When I start these games, I 'usually' only want to focus on the family.
It'd be nice to have the opportunity to bump into some characters a few
times and have the choice to be involved with them each time rather than
'have' to add in everybody all at once in the beginning.
I liked the opportunity to have fun with the girl from the clothing shop, then
move on at a later point. Maybe even go back sometime and have some more
fun. Anyways...just sort of like how they did that part.
