This is saying that "day17LilPiss" has not been defined. Which is strange as it is defined in variables.rpy.
A quick fix for YOU right now, would be to load up "scenes.rpy" in the games folder, it's just a text file. And add a line at the top that has:
default day17LilPiss = 0
That's it. And it should run. (famous last words).

I'm wondering, how was the cover image made in the first post? There's no way all those skin textures would fit even in 24gb of vram, so it must be a layered image composed in photoshop? Which makes me wonder how many renders/layers is it?3?4?5? other?
