Only one girl is visible pregnant (second time now) Beside her, there are lot of girls with confirmed pregnancy, but not visible yet.
Im not sure about two side-side characters, they are pregnant but I didnt remember if they have bellies yet.
EDIT: There is one more visdible pregnant girl.

No one from M7 has visible belly, but most of them are pregnant now.

I am on her path, so I believe I saw all the scenes with her, but it didn't feel enough (in terms of impactful scenes) compared to pretty much every other update we've gotten so far (at least since I caught up to what was released and started playing update by update, which was somewhere towards the end of Part 3).

I'm anticipating Annabelle getting the "DDD" treatment (Dominating Daddy Dicking) ultimately leading to her total adoration and submission..
