We're at about half the girls trying for babies (if you let them), so we probably have another 2-3 patches before the finale starts (how long finale itself will be, who's to say). I think it's for the best that the end is in sight though. This game has some good odds of ending on a high note at the current pace. Then the dev can take a well earned break.
Greener Pastures v0.12 has released for $5+ Patrons. It features pregnancies for Lily and Serena, wake-up events for Sophia and Serena, and it introduces the BDSM room for four out of eight girls. It will release for $2 patrons in two weeks and everyone else in three.

Yo, I too seem to be unable to advance Milibelle's plot in 11.1. Stuck on "go outside" at heart 12 - i've tried going outside and working at all times of day. Something appears to have broken due to pregnancy. I initially had pregnancy turned off, but when I was unable to advance her plot, I turned it on and gave all the girls their children. Problem is, milibelle never had a scene, never got pregnant, and never gave birth - but has the pregnant card and the "1" denoting she's had a child. Don't know exactly what happened.

I almost got everything in the gallery before my game glitched out and I couldn't continue. To put into perspective how close I was: I got ~235 out of ~262 scenes
EDIT: There are Piss, Rim Job, and Pregnancy fetishes in the game that can be turned on or off in the preferences. They are turned on so I could get as much of the gallery as possible. If you're not into any of that (I'm not into it either) you can just turn it off.
