It's a shame this Klaus revelation has derailed the thread, because I think it would be a lot more interesting to discuss the odd family dynamics in this update. Last release, Haley was clearly terrified by the idea of her mother knowing what the twins were up to, and even seemed scared to talk to her. No such issues with her father. Their dad treats both twins equally and fairly, but their mother overtly favors her son. Yet Haley was also insistent on the gift, which felt like an attempt to appease a cold parent...and it kinda/sorta worked, as long as the MC played along.

Haley has some clear commonalities with her mother...physically, sure, but also some character traits...but I'm really curious why there's this strange and so-far unexplained favoritism, and were it not for Klaus I think this is what we'd be talking about.

This whole release was full of revelations about Haley. The bathroom scene. Nick. And then the postcoital convo. She's an incredibly rich and complicated character, and I'd hate to see that lost over an obsession with one particular aspect of her past.

I work in a legal firm here in the UK and you 100% nailed it, Paedophilia is the interest not the actual action (Legally speaking) The action itself is either Child exploitation, rape, statutory rape / Sex with a minor.

You guys may argue about whats right and whats wrong but one things for sure, this update made me really uncomfortable. And that is not what I am looking forward to in an erotic game. It might actually be better off not knowing, like if you knew who your GF's been fucking before you. I wasn't trying to imply that she's regretful (though rereading that, I can see that I didn't do the best job describing that), more that she was afraid of ruining that close relationship that she had with her brother, and when she found herself in the situation with Klaus, it was a more relieved feeling, that she didn't have to worry about messing something up with him, and maybe she found something in that relationship with Klaus that she never expected to find, and because she didn't have anything holding her back like with her brother, she could let it happen and enjoy it. Let herself give in, and not have to feel the regret, that maybe she would have if she had tried to do something with her brother.

Maybe it was Haley's nightmare and not MC's. I pray MC's not so dense to not see the Nick thing and her mom treats her like shit. Her brains making shit up to make it seem bas worse as possible.

I also find it extremely interesting that the first position they try is the daydream one MC has at Adriana and Dick's house. Maybe it's a reference, or just one chosen at random. Mor maybe they're having a shared dream.

It could work though, for a monthly update game. It's about the only way to "fix" everything and could be a "any publicity is advertising" thing. Everything just feels so out of place.

A month ago, after the last release, I made the following observation: "I have never felt such an empathetic connection to any characters in any game (porn or otherwise), as I feel for these two."

NOTHING I have seen in this release has in any way or form altered my thinking on that issue. I still care deeply about what happens to these two individuals.

Was I disturbed by Haley's reveal? Of course I was. But, if anything, that only increased my empathy for what they have endured and are still enduring. I am certain that there will be more 'enduring' before this game is over.

Now I have to endure another month of waiting before I can get my next fix. Fortunately, there are other games out there to occupy my mind (and libido).
