Ptolemy is not involved in any way with Lexi. I'm a freelancer I don't work for Ptolemy. But I do get a good amount of work from him. Have nothing but respect for him. But I needed at least one project away from him

Funny how Ptolemy will be remembered for what happened in Haley's Story, in a similar manner to Slonique's infamous reputation here in F95.

Slonique is justly condemned for putting out an endless string of games that never come to a decent ending after dozens of releases. Don't see Ptolemy falling victim to that, regardless of how many people blame him for what happened in Haley, despite evidence from one of the developers that Ptolemy has nothing to do with the plot. I have roundly criticized Ptolemy here and elsewhere for some things he has done. But if you want to place blame for what you don't like in this game, Viitgames is your culprit.
Interesting that you left off the part of the quote you cited that was complementary to Ptolemy.

My two cents:
Not only did Haley open up her legs for the MC, she opened up emotionally. She told him her deepest, darkest secret. When people are intimate, and they trust their partner, this tends to happen. I'd hate to see some of you react irl to somebody sharing their secret with you. "What happened? Get the f**k out of here with that nonsense! You just ruined my day!" (Yes, I know. This is not real life. You're here for the escapism.)
It's a tonal shift, so not everybody is going to like it. Can't argue with that. But, that's what drama is about. It adds drama! Just look at this thread.
Haley's growing out her bush! That's a win in my book!
Since people lose their minds over everything, the mods should add the tag "Plot twist." So nobody can ever be surprised by anything, ever again.

I sincerely hope you never have to deal with a family member who was sexually abused and who kept it to themselves for years because it was such a traumatic experience and they didn't want to relive it, and for fear of what you might think of them because, based on how you've reacted to this fictional scenario, you'd likely just get angry at them for not telling you sooner rather than the person who did it.

She didn't open emotionally though. She dropped the bomb on her brother after climax and kept her mouth shut afterwards, leaving him in internal turmoil. "When we get back, I can tell you more", she stated. This didn't happen and I predict it won't happen for a few more updates, because it needs to be stretched out for the entirety of the second act. you dont drop a bomb like that not thinking what that might do to the person you love and after that try and shut all conversations about that topic up,what about the fact that she lied to him telling that they will talk about it but she doesnt want too? what about all the constant manipulations and name calling (daddy) when he told her not to do that shit anymore and its obvious that it hurts him? she knows when to shut up and when to talk,she's smart i'll give you that but that doesnt mean that she doesnt have mental issues..to do all the things she does to her brother knowing that it hurts him what does that make her : a sane person? the real truth is Klaus fucked her up good and we only got to see her real face only after she knew she had total control over her brother,up until then we only saw bits and pieces but nobody knew that it was this bad,we all thought she was flirting and acting like a spoiled princess but that was just the tip of the iceberg.

I'm playing devils advocate here. I don't know what the devs have planned. But, my take would be that: After she shared that intimate moment with the MC, she told him about her past (spur of the moment), and possibly regretted having done so immediately. She lets him know she has nothing against him pursuing other relationships, in fear of losing him if she pushes for a monogamous one. Probably why she rode him as soon as they got back home, to check if everything is okay between them.
During that scene, to appease some people, devs should have added the option "You disgust me! Get out of my flat you weirdo, with your secrets and other shenanigans!"
Also, pushing for a monthly release at any cost is probably a mistake. They should take the time to carefully try and convey the emotional hook they were aiming for with the reveal. It obviously didn't work for a lot of people.
People fell in love with Haley, so they feel betrayed by her. They feel betrayed she's not perfect. It's an instinctual response
Well after we probably rape every female character in game then we will put out the real life rape scenario card to find an arguement or to seem sympathetic.

Presented in a way that made the rape case smoothened and debatable (dozens of posts arguing about the nature of consent or the legal/ethic status.
Or even enjoyable with the described Haleys sub sexual nature, or the common daddy references.
In rl you dont hide rape cases under the carpet. Continuing your life like nothing happens
Continue fucking the victim while the victim adresses you in a way you think was adressing her rapist ffs.

That's exactly how something being added for cheap drama and not character depth would be handled. You can't sit here and say that .60 furthered the plot in any way shape or form for her realizing she was raped and handling it. Viit hit the pause button on that and decided to do fuck all with it. The game is wallowing in its own pity (and so is MC, but rightfully so) and both players and the MC are being strung along by things not in their control for the sole sake of dragging this shit out.
And before anyone says something along the lines of "that's how a rape victim would act" I'd like to remind you of two things:
1. She doesn't think she was raped, why would she have an issue talking about it unless MC only asked when he seemed angry, which didn't seem to be the case. I'll admit MC does seem to have anger issues but that brings me to my next point.
2. She didn't tell MC about her first time to make him angry, so it seems like she'd want to clear the air as soon as possible seeing as he clearly has some issues.

You are right about that; Haley's viewpoint was not affected one iota in that episode. However the MC has (and we have) gained information that will be useful in demonstrating to Haley just how wrong her viewpoint is - mainly the introduction of Klaus' stepdaughter and the knowledge that Victor/Sandra have information that could help the MC get through to Haley. Those scenes were not put into the release for no purpose.
You know that the resolution of Haley/Klaus is going to take several episodes, and yet you seem upset that it wasn't resolved already. This is like the people who complain, "WHAT, the MC hasn't gotten into her pants YET!!!" in nearly every porn game distributed by Patreon.

You are correct, of course.
But there are two sets of people who now hate this game. The largest and most vocal is the set that believes that the developer betrayed them. But there have been those who were turned off of Haley because what happened to her was so shocking (not counting those who just didn't like her breaking the news to her brother right after they had sex). They could accept the boyfriend, but Klaus was a step too far. The fact that Haley has taken the blame for the situation only infuriated them more.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of people out there who have rather strange views about women.
