I think he's complaining that Mr.Dots called one particular ending the "best" ending, even though when he called it that he did say there would be people who like one of the other endings better. Sure enough, the ending with the baby was called the best by many people, even though when Mr.Dots said "best" he meant the ending where Melody became a star.
On these boards? I'd say it's accepted to the point of being near obligatory in these games.

Because at least one of the devs already put out an extremely solid incest-focused game and this one has been (largely) brilliantly written with siblings who are 1) real, 2) very clearly siblings, and 3) quite obviously in love with each other. This is one of the very rare VNs that drags incest out of its usual role as a mindlessly trangressive sexual fetish and turns it into a narratively authentic story.

Nobody in Rockstar is against incest, the thing there is the dev has said he won't add incest into his game and never will.
I think the "same people" stuff also plays a role here. The games on this site feature all kinds of sexual kinks. Some you probably share. Some you don't care about but which won't disturb you. And some you don't have, maybe even find repulsive as a fantasy. And let's be clear about it, they're fantasies.
"Normally people" are against incest in real life. This is a porn site which features all kinds of fantasies. If you think incest is not popular on F95, do a search on the tag and see how many games show up. I did and saw 48 pages of games at 20 games per page. You do the math. That doesn't even count the games that don't specify that tag yet.
Pretty much everything was said about the topic in the answers above. I'm constantly checking the new releases on the site, and if anything, whenever there's a new promising title that doesn't include any love interest called mom/sis/roommate/landlady/landlord etc, people find it refreshing, as there's already a huge amount of games that has the tag with or without patches, unlock codes and whatnots. I guess that's why the BARS fans doesn't mind if the sister (I forgot her name) isn't a reachable love interest, which is a rare thing, because as a thumb rule in adult games, if there's a character in the opposite sex that has a constant presence and isn't ugly as hell, you'll be able to fuck them eventually. I guess it comes down to players enjoying a good supporting character without groped into the harem, rather than them being avid anti-incest believers.
Or just accepting the fact that the developer has an idea for the game that does NOT include incest, regardless of what someone would prefer.
That as well, though the ones that are loud about wanting certain fetishes included are always a vocal minority. I'd liked if she were an LI as well, just as the most of us I think, and that has more to do with her overall traits that easily earns her the best girl title in my book, rather than wanting incest in it that bad.
