Not yet. The game does have a branching point where you will have to choose between Haley and Sandra, or between Haley and the other girls. If you choose (at the branch point) for the MC to stay with Sandra, you will not even have the opportunity to sample the other girls from then on. On the other hand, if the MC breaks up with Sandra, it appears that he can have sex with anyone else. Haley is the constant. You are stuck with her for the duration, it seems.

If it was a snitch from F95, that is one possible reason. A more likely reason might be the Klaus reveal, which turned several followers off completely. One of them might have used the incest fact as an excuse to punish the developers.

Could be easier to go with the "childhood friend" scenario. That way most of the story could be left unchanged. They still grew up together, Haley being the neighbors tomboy daughter who hanged around all the time while they grew up, who's family moved away from the home town some time ago (to Hawaii, for example), so they're out of the picture. MC's mom helped her (against her will back then) to get her out of the abusive relationship with Klaus and kind of "hates" her a bit after that and is also the only person who knows about it besides Haley and Klaus and so on.You beat me to <Enter> by seconds.
I am really surprised that it took so long for this to happen, given the animosity that some have toward this game.
The developers should have expected this to happen eventually though, and I hope they already have at least a plan in place that can be implemented. I realize that it won't be as simple as just substituting 'roommate' for 'brother' and 'sister'.
I guess the easiest way would be to have a backstory of one of them being adopted at an early age. That should satisfy Patreon and not take too long to code. They can still call themselves brother and sister, just not blood-related any more. Any reference to them being twins, though, would need to be scrubbed. "This is my adopted-twin-sister," doesn't work
Haley could even call MC's mother and father 'mom' and 'dad', being accepted into their family at young age and her own parents being away and possibly not caring much about her since her childhood.
This story kind of writes itself already.
Without major changes in the existing one.

Actually it has been written - several times. 'Where the Heart Is' comes immediately to mind. There are several non-incest games out there whose background stories could be borrowed to fit this game.

Definitely because in one of these VN's the player has to make choices leading to incest and therefore this twisted behaviour is encouraged in real life, while films or series such as GoT just portray this behaviour and the player doesn't get involved in such an abomination.
It's either that or porn VN are not as profitable for Patreon so they don't give a fuck as long as they keep SJW and religious fanatics at bay.

2 words; double standards. Some artist on Patreon could make a NSFW artwork of Jamie and Cersei that they'll send out in a print package to their $100 patrons, but adult game devs can't have make a game featuring love between a brother and sister.
Where is the fucking difference besides the fact that one is more interactive than the other? Honestly, if it wasn't for the fear that the game would be pulled if they failed, I'd say that Ptolemy and Viitgames should appeal the Patreon ruling and make it clear that the incest is an integral part of the story-telling.

Didn't Patreon crack down to appease their payment system providers (PayPal etc.)?
They were fine with their kinky back-alleys until the money men stomped them.
Just be grateful they're still not particularly vigilant and some things escape their gaze (Evilmodders etc.).

Now, on a more serious note, it's clear Patreon doesn't give a fuck what their members do as long as that shit doesn't affect their business. The question is why do certain sections of society have this personal crusade against the evils of videogames, be it violence or kinky sexual relationships, while at the same times movies or series have never been a problem.
At least until now, because lately we've been witnessing some SJW attitudes that will soon compromise our freedom of entertainment even further.
For Adrianna, she keeps mocking him for being the boss sex doll. I found her comments on this relationship (especially on the phone during the "Adi stay" moment) quite similar with the ones about Lisa. But maybe i just the usual plain Haley's snarky side.
For Diane, she says she doesn't mind, but she's quite cold on the subject. Maybe because she knows Diane is totally not serious/committed to this (unlike Lisa who seems quite hooked to the MC).
And for Alanna, I don't remember exactly, but I think she's hardly aware of her existence.
