First off, there is NO NTR in this game - full stop.Yes, so this is the scene that many people wanted to see and didn't see because sexual things happen to her and they call it NTR, but for me that's not the case because it's in the past and she wasn't even with the MC. Other than that, because it's in the past, the game doesn't feature anything about NTR, right?
While there were always a few people who thought that, the main criticism was that the game had suddenly turned from being light-hearted to being quite dark, with no real warning and at the exact point that everyone had been waiting for since the beginning.
The cries that the game had turned into a 'rape game' were deafening. Of course it hadn't; it had turned very dramatic. What followed was a long process where Haley had to first realize that what had been drummed into her head was not true: it was NOT 'all my fault' as she persisted in claiming; that she had been victimized as a naive, young girl by a power figure. Unfortunately, many had abandoned the game before that discovery.
This has always been my favorite game. However, it is marred by the endings, which were rushed with some promising plot threads never completed. So be forewarned about that.
You will have choices in the game as to whom the MC will end up with. You can have him wind up with Haley, or you can have him wind up with Haley + one of three other ladies (beards to camouflage the relationship with Haley). If your MC is mean enough to Haley, he can even wind up alone, but that takes some effort to accomplish.
To me, the canon route was always the MC + Haley + Sandra, but many dislike Sandra (or 3-ways in general). If that's the case with you, you might want to consult the Walkthrough to get the pathway that suits you best.
