If she's getting a bigger place why couldn't Haley move in too? The place she has now already has at least two bedrooms with her friend only crashing there. Aside from possible romantic conflicts of course.

There's so much threesome talk. As a general proposition, if the MC and Haley are actually going to go ahead and get groiny, as I expect they will a few chapters hence, there's a very obvious and real-world-logical reason for bringing a third person into the mix: Haley and the MC would not be able to openly live together without suffering a lot of judgment and criticism. Taking on a third person is the way to beard the relationship, whether or not either Haley or the MC are having sex with him or her. Since the game is extremely thin on non-creepy men, it's natural to assume that the third would be a woman and the fake (or real if Haley swings that way and is open to the idea) public relationship would be between the MC and the other woman.
I really don't think that Sandra would be a good candidate for that arrangement, though maybe her personal assessment of her ideal work/life balance would enable it because she desn't feel like she could commit to a full-time relationship, but we've been offered plenty of alternatives. I really have no idea if the game will go in that direction, but if it did that's one reason why it could.

That moment when you wait an entire month for your favorite VN to be updated like you hope to only get a small update really sucks
Love this game/vn. Especially love the relationship with and writing for Sandra. A lot of people are unjustifiably dissing her. She's a very complex and atypical character for games like this: very well rounded for a "third wheel" character. If Haley is your Muffin, she's like chocolate cheesecake ... absolutely gorgeous model, and I really appreciated how her expressions were really paid attention to and she was really brought to life in this update. Don't know if it was already mentioned but also enjoyed the "Life With Mary" image that was the "movie".

I liked this update, yet it did not have much sexual content but something was clicking for me and I never got bored. I think this update shows how a dev. can dismiss sex in the update but still keep it very interesting and engaging.

I would be a little disappointed if it goes that way. It would be a typical ero game development.
The way I see it now, Sandra is trying to get Haley on board because she feels/knows that if she makes you chose between herself and Haley at this point, she is most likely going to lose.

I actually hope the mentioned "Beard" version is not going to happen. Already did not like that in DoD (as much as I liked the game overall), which made me very happy with the later added end btw.
Besided in this case the two have options. They already live together and are considered close siblings. So living together for another year or two would not be that suspicous. After that they have the work experience to apply in a different company (different ones if needed) in a different city and tell a different story about each other. They don't look that much alike that anyone would assume straight away they're related and not in any way famous enough to live with the permanent fear of maybe being recognized (refering to DoD again, assuming due to their company position they have been in magazines and what not).
So they definitely have the possibility in my opinion. But MC needs to cut things with Sandra, and gently. Whether or not one likes her, she is a nice person and has done nothing wrong. It would not be fair to keep stringing her along and the longer it is drawn out the harder it will be for her. That's why in my main playthrough I used mostly the negative/distand choices regarding her. Only take the "nice" ones when you would be a jerk to her otherwise. As I said, I don't think she deserves that.

Well, let's be clear: I would personally prefer that any relationship with Haley that incorporates other sex partners is for a better reason than concealment. My headcanon is that the MC and Haley would be exclusive and secretive. But it's a valid reason, and not worth discounting.
