Did we just skip the getting married to Emily part? I love how she is already acting like the doting wife in just about every situation she is very affectionate towards the MC and it's cute. Enjoyed this update very much the only sad part was when it ended looking forward to the next part.

I don't know how it is with Az, but not every developer works on their VN full time. Sometimes there is just a long interval between updates. And from my experience, visual novels from some developers, who have their VN mainly as a hobby project, are among the best things we have here, even though waiting for updates takes ages. One of my favorites is Offcuts, for example.
And I think the development of Halfway House requires a lot of work. I haven't seen many VNs where models and HDRIs fit together as naturally as in Halfway House.

Loving it so far, i'm okay with the teasers we get.
I just sometimes think that Ashley is a little to overdone, expecially painful in the last Episode. She was interesting in the beginning but the further i played the less care i had for her. Well thats fine i guess.

I like how Emily slowly gets more compfortable and her little competition with the doc.
To be honest, she reminds me to my first love. Somehow i fell for the little meany which used to solve problems with punching and kicking.

Dev did a really good job with the outdoor shots and blending actual RL Images with the CG Characters.

What could be improved is the weird transparency Emilies fingers have, there is sometimes a weird red glow to them which make them look more like jelly

If so, perhaps you could change that "third episode landmark" into "sixth ep" (at least)

Taste differ oc, not everyone love fuckfest games, thats true.
I myself prefer slow burning (in most cases), at least with the main girls...
Yet, im one of those who think that one full sex-scene in the sixth episode of this porn-game wouldnt turn it into "fuckfest" instantly.

Why is the MC such a whiner? I'm just in ep 6 now and he's having a cry about getting stitches out ... how the fk did he ever get in fights before without ending up with stitches and other injuries?

shit, I've had stitches put IN without local before.
The only time I had a doctor remove stitches was after a wrist surgery where I couldn't properly remove them myself.
I once had to wait in the ER for 8 hours with my ankle busted wide open [bandaged to stop the bleeding] without painkillers because it was a busy night and there were more critical cases ahead of me.

I've had MRI-guided needles inserted between the facet joints in my lower back without painkillers.

and all the crying about having to walk somewhere, I run 8km 5 times per week, nothing too special, but this MC has a cry because he has to walk for 10 mins.

This bitch needs to stop being such a fucking baby, how the fuck he ever survived juvie is a mystery to me.

The longer he goes on the more I hope someone really kicks the shit out of him and he actually has something to complain about and maybe, just maybe, stop him acting like a complete loser for 5 minutes.

Cause i like every girl in this series besides emily and have been actively trying to dodge her route cause im just not into tsunderes and to see her do a 180 character flip to cute and doting even after picking the "she dosnt need to change" option is really strange

im glad we got to see the doctor again, she was really cute with her coat off

i dont care if it slow burn with few lewd scenes but i would like it if the character routes were more defined instead of sticking us with one girl
