Lvl4(21%) you talk to Rosie in her room then it will change into lvl4(29%)
After that just sleep and go outside your room Rosie will surprise you.
End game Rosie's lvl is 4(51%)
Don't spoil yourself and do the update.

Pointlessly and intensely grindy. It's not really a game - it's just going from room to room. It's not really a VN - because, you go from room to room.
There may be an interesting story in there but it's behind a shit ton of clicking from room to room. I respect my own time more than that, so no thanks.
