The food clock is freaking harsh considering there's no corpse eating.
I think cum eating should be included as a way to restore a small amount of calories, for the most dire cases where hunger drops very low. Would make for interesting status effect mechanics like monster cum addiction etc.

More boobs sucking scenes? Not just the DP minotaur, it would be a guilt for not sucking those jugs.
More accessories like chains, piercings, blindfold... and with other cool things had been mentioned by other people. This game has a huge potential.

Well this game dethroned all the other games available on this site for me. I've even wrote my own fanfic based a run that I did, I don't want to upset the dev by sharing and uploading it using his content without permission though. I subbed to his patreon and left a comment there with the things I wpuld like to see added. The gameplay is just great, the recent hotfix removed the Finesse stat which gave it the much needed streamline that the combat lacked and now if you place your bets well and moving your spaces tactically correctly, you can finish a run and enjoy a sizeable amount of the content that's currently available. The lewd content is exactly this kind of game needed and from the look of things, it will get even better with each new build the dev puts out.

By my experience as long as you don't go making an asset flip the original dev is usually fine with derivative works. Also I wanna read that on or something.

Would be a pretty weird creator if they're so deeply offended by their first fanwork.

The standard there is high-pitched feminine squealing, even from male creators (especially from male creators)

I absolutely love this game and want to see it succeed, but I have some comments that hopefully will make it to the dev's eye.

I'll start with the things I love about it:

1) It's addictive! Even after you lose, you feel like you just want to jump back in again and have another go.

2) The style of the game with the randomly generated floors etc etc is awesome because it doesn't get repetitive, and the abundance of items makes it exciting to try new strats and stuff as well.

3) The animations, it goes without saying, are awesome and the sex scenes are incredible too, though it would be hot for the girl to have moaning sfx and stuff, but I'm hoping that will come later, as the game is in its early days still (even though it looks and plays bettern that 99% of completed games on this site XD, props to the devs for that too).

Now for the suggestions/comments:

1) It's unbelievably difficult later on. The earlier floors are okay as you can kind of just brute force your way through if you have a basic understanding of games like this (I play Shattered Pixel Dungeon alot so this game really reminds me of that in a good way). The later floors, however, become really exponentially more difficult to get through, which would make sense if the floors offered better and better equipment to prepare you for it, but the item drops are seemingly completely RNG based, which can basically just be a run-ender and that kind of kills the thrill for me. That leads me on to number 2

2) The items/combat numbers and stuff. It would be really helpful, I think, if, in the tutorial, we're given an explanation as to what the stats and numbers mean. AC and Strength seem to be important, but I'm not quite sure how and why. Maybe these numbers can be briefly explained in the tutorial section? I've tried several runs using items that matched my strength, but it just seemed so weak and I had to hope to get a potion of strength (rng) to upgrade my equipment. But I also tried other runs where I ignored the strength stat entirely, which seemed to help as I would just equip anything and use it, but again, it didn't seem to really change anything, so I don't understand why that stat is there? It didn't increase the damage I was doing at all either, so idk what it does or what the Armor Class number affects. Again, maybe that will be explained/used in a later update, but for now, I dont get it. Maybe one of you guys knows, and can explain it to me?

3) Please give us more scrolls of identity! Or let us spawn into a new game with one in the inventory at least... The amount of times I've lost because I had a 50/50 chance of drinking a helpful potion and instead drank the cum potion or the aphrodisiac one is insane. And considering there are like 6 different things that the player has to keep in mind during their runs, it's too much to have to think about in a porn game. Hunger, health, cum level, items, equipment and stats. I know it sounds pedantic, but this game is awesome, and some qol changes could really help it early on.

Thank you for attending my TED talk.

Agreed. Several people have complained about it yet that's on the back burner for now.

In combat the game rolls a virtual 2 virtual d20s and checks the higher number against the target's AC number. Higher is a hit. Lower is a miss. Not having enough strength for your weapon lowers your rolls making you more likeley to miss.

IMO the way strength is implemented here is stupid. Instead of netting you any intrinsic benefit it solely exist to negate the hit rate penalties of weapons (and now the AC of shields). Thus having higher strength than the weapon/shield requires does nothing. The character also starts out pathetically weak at 5 strength. For reference in DnD which seems to inspire the roll system 10 strength is that of an average healthy individual. The steel sword needs 9 strength at enchantment level 0 to be wielded. A typical short sword like the anglo saxon, the falchion, or a modern messer all weigh around a kilo or the wieght of a large soda from Wendy's. I gave my 5-yo nephew a stick of roughly the same mas and he swung that around no problem. Therefore the MC is weaker than a 5-yo.

I've taken to testing potions by throwing them at weak enemies like slimes and goblins. Same with swords. Blessed swords return when you hit enemies with them.

And considering there are like 6 different things that the player has to keep in mind during their runs, it's too much to have to think about in a porn game. Hunger, health, cum level, items, equipment and stats. I know it sounds pedantic, but this game is awesome, and some qol changes could really help it early on.

That's Cute.

What abomination is this?
Top - Hypnosis Reimu. It's a trainer game based on the even more convoluted eraToho.
Bottom - Cataclysm: Dark Days head. A rougue-like zombie game devoted to "realism" , or the closest thing the devs can simulate. as much as possible. Not a lewd game but considering you can masturbate with a vibrator and can start in a sex dungeon it's not quite SFW either.

The best part? Those screenshots aren't scratching the surface of how many stats you need to track.

It's not a matter of which stats you need to track, but rather how accessible they are vs how important they are every moment vs the player's will to keep them in mind.

Halo has you keeping track of a surprising number of variables, most of which "don't count" simply because they're not presented to you through numbers; for example, enemy positioning and the angle of your weapon. EraToHo gets away with shitloads of numbers because the player is encouraged to dedicate quite a bit of time to unravelling the numbers (whatever they may mean). Dwarf Fortress keeps mental load low by making most of the stats not really matter to the player *all the time* - a dwarf missing an eyelid and with legendary crossbowmanship and great strength is just as good at smoothing the floor as anyone.

If Hardstuck is getting complaints about the number of variables to track it doesn't mean it actually has a lot of variables to track (indeed, Hardstuck actually has like, 20. Total. Pathetically few). Rather, the variables that are there are pretty arcane, hard to figure out, and kept off-screen in tabs that you might not open for a while.

The game would probably benefit, for example, from simply adding a small display showing the current roll-to-hit and Armor Class. Simply showing the player immediately that they've gone from 1d20+2 to 1d20-1 on their attack rolls would completely annihilate this feeling of too much going on.

Also hard agree on initial Strength being too low, or potions increasing stats being too rare. As it is it's impossible to get better gear than cardboard without incurring prohibitive penalties.
