I think the idea is that it's the last option, at least that's how I play with the mechanic, if I'm low on HP I may strip to charm them for a tick and attempt escape or use some other tool, like a wand and depending on the situation I go for sex, perhaps only in the first few floors if I find gear that requires a lot of STR I sex some goblins or slimes to increase Luck to get the Rerolls. Even without finding a Scroll of Tentaculation early, doing that will help a lot going further down the dungeon.

Ring of Regeneration on the other hand is extremely useful, it helps you sustain in combat, and blessing that ring makes it even better.

The thing with the Calories is that the game expects you to economize your movements by using the diagonals, the first runs I did lose over hunger, but as soon as I played the game with the numpad and explored the maps with the intent of routing my movements instead of going blindly at it, I started to Ignore the Calorie count, and only ate a sandwich when I got the prompt alerting it was low. Some runs you are low on sandwichs some runs you may not, but completing all the floors available as of now it's very doable if you are smart about your exploration and combat choices. But the important thing, from my experience thus far, the game IS a game still and not just window dressing for the lewd content. I agree though that Ring of Calories is not useful as of now.

I mean hell, I can't play with diagonals. Every time I try pressing one I zip to another corner of the map, often dragging enemies along in like a 10 turn sequence.

Given the game is grid-based diagonals are kinda weird too.

The animation is good, but the control is very silly and boring. I think even GODOT has many mature character control schemes that can replace it.

Guy has 3 posts. 2 are him complaining that the developer isn't perfectly accomodating his vision for how game development should look (the tl;dr on that is "All games should spring fully-formed and entertaining from the mind of the developer directly to the screen). The other is him complaining that this other game is too hard for him.

Agreed. Several people have complained about it yet that's on the back burner for now.



In combat the game rolls a virtual 2 virtual d20s and checks the higher number against the target's AC number. Higher is a hit. Lower is a miss. Not having enough strength for your weapon lowers your rolls making you more likeley to miss.

IMO the way strength is implemented here is stupid. Instead of netting you any intrinsic benefit it solely exist to negate the hit rate penalties of weapons (and now the AC of shields). Thus having higher strength than the weapon/shield requires does nothing. The character also starts out pathetically weak at 5 strength. For reference in DnD which seems to inspire the roll system 10 strength is that of an average healthy individual. The steel sword needs 9 strength at enchantment level 0 to be wielded. A typical short sword like the anglo saxon, the falchion, or a modern messer all weigh around a kilo or the wieght of a large soda from Wendy's. I gave my 5-yo nephew a stick of roughly the same mas and he swung that around no problem. Therefore the MC is weaker than a 5-yo.




I've taken to testing potions by throwing them at weak enemies like slimes and goblins. Same with swords. Blessed swords return when you hit enemies with them.

The throwing potions and swords thing is fine but it seems to happen to me more when I'm in a pinch, like super low HP and fighting an enemy and I HAVE to hope that I drink an HP potion, most of the times I just die, and it feels like a buzzkill :/

For the first I remind myself that each of those numbers have a purpose. Exhibition level, for example, reduces the amount that she's resist being groped.

The second game relies heavily on my imagination keeping me aroused. I mostly run about nude while fighting eldritch horrors. The thought of my PC wearing nothing but the blood of her foes, a single mistake away from being consumed by often scantily clad zombies or tentacled by the numerous eldritch foes keeps me aroused.

Like I said before - it's not about the amount of information the game has or how intricate the mechanics. It's about how those mechanics are presented to the player and how many need to be tracked simultaneously and by the player.

The one you're referring to, for example, actually requires you to memorize very little. The game itself handles tracking those stats and displays them whenever relevant, so you never actually devote space to the number in your head.

There's not much to say.

The game isn't buggy and not that complicated. It isn't overly demanding on computer resources. There just isn't a lot to do other than seeing how the RNG will screw you over.

if your trying to cheat it with cheat engine the 3 main variables are 2-byte and about every 100 turns the game will move them so it's doable just a pain in the ass
