when yes you can just go north to the villa near your mansion.

did you played or saved in the test version? then you need to load an older save game.... this quest is pretty old so it shouldn't have a bug in newer versions except those test/patreon versions ask "2095conash" do look at your save file

Okay your save file is fine i thought that you can just go to the villa... but whatever the butler for honey trapper is waiting for you in your mansion i have tested it on version 0.31.9 and it works.
