1) More exhibition type scenes, stuff in the lobby is good, or more variety in the exhibition scenes. Like right now, some girls's scenes are all in the cafe, and others are all at the beach, so some switching it up would be nice. Like taking Lin to the beach, or Emma to the cafe. The new location you are adding is another place that could have events like that. That would be fun actually! Also, like I said before, in the clothing shop, where Juliet works.
2) Group scenes, you and the various sisters, you and the maids, both twins in the shower at the same time once in a while after you get their points high enough, Maria and Android, Kali and Android, Maria and Ashley would fit, Juliet and anyone you bring to her shop, that sort of thing.
3) Um.... The ability to leave your room at night? Sneak into a girl's room for a quicky before bed. Wouldn't even really need to add new event for that. For me, it's like when I peep on Maria and she is asking me to come see her, I want that option!

First, I feel like I've smeared my opinions across this thread quite a lot already and wasted plenty of your time with them.
Second, AUGH, top three!? How can I possibly limit all the things I love about this game to so little!? Well, let's give this a shot.
Best features. Fleshed out girls that I care about and get attached to. Very nicely animated sex scenes, including the repeatable ones. Sexy outfit options.
Best events. Lin's most recent event was great, but I actually liked her event where we meet Cornwall just a tiny bit better. Maybe because it was a little more concise, but moreso that it was a more public spectacle, and Juliet was acting all flustered about it. I loved fucking Ashley in front of a shocked Felicity and Emma for the same reason. Honorable mentions to having sex with Ellen, Kali squirting on that customer's porch, and Maria peeing in front of everyone on the beach.
What I would like. More girls peeing (would really love if we could walk in on them similar to the shower). More complete gallery (including any scene that can't be repeated every day, like showers and lobby sex). More "spectacle" scenes with a shocked observer; I really want to fuck one of the other girls (maybe Android) in front of Autumn before she's open to that sort of thing.
I could say so much more, but I've already broken your rules I think. I tried to focus on things that haven't been discussed a lot, and/or seem less certain to be incoming. Sorry I can't make it smaller and feel like I've answered your question.

I also have a question. What events would you like to see Lucy having? I know she's fairly popular, and I haven't done anything with her yet, so I thought I'd ask.
As for Lucy events, I liked the "behind Kalis back"- stuff so far. Especially the scene at the beach was kind of cute. So I would enjoy more events, where she tries to draw the Mcs attention from Kali towards herself.

2.) More action with elves. Including story events and of course lewd scenes.

NTR is just kind of baffling to me. Sure, I understand why some people want nothing to do with cuckolding, but that's like, the extreme side of NTR. If MC is just watching two other people have sex, that's a lot different than if the fucking kool-aid guy just burst through a wall with a 10 foot dong and started destroying your waifu's anal virginity right in front of your eyes. Aside from the obvious - more content / story with Felicity, Emma, and Autumn. Hopefully 0.7 is more focused on adding lots of events to these three girls.
Top three is really hard but here are a few:
- Threesomes - MC + two girls
- Be able to sleep with all the girls in the hotel once you reach "Lover" status
- More integrated events such as special scenes once you sleep with a girl so many times or the option to have sex with them before sleep. Be visited by the girls randomly in your room for sex, etc.
Others:
- More dungeon scenes and options
- More hot springs events
- Lust stat for all girls - they come visit you if they feel neglected - could turn into sex or being chastised
- Shower sex with Felicity, Emma, and Autumn (once stats are met)
- More scenes with Ashley and her mother - continue this story and escalate it further
- More jealousy between the girls - two of the girls have already expressed their deep love for you (MC)
- Add in some tragedy, hardships, and catastrophes - The MC has no real challenges in the game to overcome, just train and develop the girls without much worry. You could really do a lot with this...

After some more thought, I could have written this as well.
Don't overdo it with that, though. I agree some challenges would spice things up, but I also like that I don't have to worry about some serious shit going down the next time I enter the lobby or something.
I mean, I was almost screaming for Android to fuck the guy up who stalked Maria. (and that was before I knew she had the rifle in her room)
We just have to look at the scene where all the elves appear. That seems to be full on NTR for some, while it is actually not. And I doubt anyone would label it as NTR, if Lucy gets MC and Kali had to watch, because the player makes a character feel jealousy and not the other way around.

This can be done very well. It would be awesome if the MC recruited some of the girls to help him with the tragedy. This would make it really meaningful. One game that does this really well is 'Acting Lessons' (except for the ending which I don't like).
Aside from training the girls and earning money, the player has little to worry about. Done properly, a hardship or tragedy could really add to the game. Tons of players rave about the story in 'Acting Lessons' because there is lots of hardship and tragedy in the game and it is done extremely well. Harem Hotel shines much brighter in the 'sex' part of the game which 'Acting Lessons' has very little of. Character development is done extremely well in Harem Hotel. That, plus an interesting and engaging story makes Harem Hotel one of my favorites!

I think pretty much everyone refers to Acting Lessons now when it comes to hardships. I mean, I myself enjoyed the story up to a certain point, too. It's very well written and again, I agree with you that hardships would certainly add to the game. The sensation of being put into a miserable situation and overcoming it is certainly something. What I meant with not overdoing it was, don't push it to the climax of Acting Lessons. Although, I don't think I have to worry about it as Harem Hotel simply doesn't have the setup for this amount of drama, in my opinion, of course.
The amount of drama I want in my porn game is very limited, I generally play games to get away from drama.
1. More places where we could take the girls to have sex, or just to spend some time with them, have fun and make their love towards MC and their friendship with other hotel girls stronger.
