Correct me if I'm wrong, but there isn't any incest currently in the game. Felicity and Emma were made clones instead of twin sisters in order to satisfy Patreon's new rules on incest content (perhaps future content?). I'm not aware of any events where Felicity and Emma have sex in the current version. They are the only two people related to each other in the hotel. Did Lin and her sister ever have sex? If I'm wrong, please disregard this post.
Jin kissed Lin after you're first introduction, Felicity gave you a footjob while Emma watched, Jin helped you train Lin for Cornwalls challenge, there may be some others but I'm not sure.

I have yet to play incest story 1+2 but there are sadly no renpy versions for android and I refuse to play the rpgm versions if there are renpy versions!

Yeah I know, Milfy City is actually pretty good, I was just making fun of some of the fans that act like it's the best game ever made. Also, don't. Just don't. Those games are terrible grind fests with sub-par h-content. Like, I don't mind RPGMaker games, but those two are just plain awful.
It's not proper incest but i'd so it countes enough, and I'd put money on it going further if I had any.

Two Lucy events were just made yesterday, so you'll see how it plays out. I don't think you guys will be expecting what is going to happen.
Everything about Ashley is explained in her v0.6 event. Not anything like "I'm X because of Y" but the event actually goes through how everything became the way it was through time. So I hope you at least play up until that event. After that event, Ashley will be slightly changing.
The Cornwall stuff is vital to Lin's story. Originally, you used to be able to walk away from Cornwall, but I realized how important he was going to be to Lin's story so that is no longer an option. I'm not saying Cornwall is going to be a side character to Lin, or appear often, or anything like that. But his actions directly influence every single Elf's in the world, and now you two are acquaintances, assuming you won the challenge. If not, he thinks little of you. But the outcome of that Lin event will change Lin's story in the future.
Incest is insanely popular for some reason. I don't really understand it, but true incest makes terrible games surprisingly popular.
But if I add MC's little sister, which I think I will in the far future, she's going to have a story. I wouldn't be planning to add her if it was just because she filled a niche. I can't finish a girl's story without a plan a personality first, which is what I plan on doing in the far future. And her story is also, in a way, going to be MC's story. I think she's also going to have a unique personality. And none of that would be changed with or without the truestory code. She'll be your childhood friend (So she basically knows as much as a little sister would know)
The truestory code isn't really fully implemented. It pretty much just changes Clones into Twins in v0.5. But eventually, the twins will have fun times with each other, and with you, so that will warrant the code. All of Lucy's story actually will require the truestory code or wont be playable. I think her two events are amazing.
Parents kiss children on the lips all the time. Granted it would be pretty weird for siblings to do so, but it's not much different from that. Unless it were a passionate kiss. Jin was just being kinky and that kiss wasn't incestuous at all. And Emma watching Felicity do that isn't incest either since biologically related people aren't do naughty things to each other.
Hell, there are even cam girl twin stuff on pornhub where they masturbate together, apparently they don't count that as incest, but to be safe, I would. The two examples I listed above aren't a part of the truestory code.
Oh, and in case I didn't type this out earlier, there are plans on Felicity and Emma doing lots of naughty stuff together with MC once that part of their stories are met.
