Nothing really compares in terms of gameplay, but Solvalley school uses similar models (Honey Select), The Headmaster is similar in terms of gameplay.
Mythic Manor will be right your alley then.

It is out there, but as aolli said, it is an early beta. It is recommended not to play those or you could lose your saves to a severe bug and, unless the bug in this particular build got fixed for the whole friendship issue, you WILL lose it.

While the sheer number would make it unrealistic to put all of them together, some of the canonical story pairings should be represented. In addition to the ones already mentioned I'd say that Lin/Android and Lin/Jin should also be included and probably one with Maria and another woman, most likely Ashley.
And it's only gonna get worse when the final(?) main girl finally shows up. That's A LOT of possible scene combos.
If you find this game amaizing because of the story, like myself, and if you are open to something else, you might give Summertime Saga a try. I came from there. I find both games equally outstanding.

I don't know Runey personally so I can't attest to his actual plans, but if I was in that position, I'd make the last girl on the second floor, take a long hard look at my life, and decide whether or not I felt like spending the next 2-3 years of my life making content for 4+ more girls in the same game I'd been making since... idk, whenever.

It's hard to say, can I even trust that you won't pull the old switcharoo on me if I agree? I mean I know you say you are not Thea, but that just makes you more suspect!
the best ones i can think of are Dark Magic and Mythic Manor. they use similar models and have a lot of good content and interesting events. there are some other games that use similar models as well, but their models have weird polishing/lighting so the faces look weird. other games also use similar models, but the content isnt that great
