No more then the "smart-animals" BS. One of the definitions of a species is that the offspring are fertile (this is why donkeys, Ligers, and Tigons are sterile) meaning, unless genetics work way differently in this world, for a person to have an elf back in the family tree humans and elves are effectively the same race.
They're definitely not the same race, and I would classify these elves as homo-sylian. Much like homo-neanderthalensis, we can have children with them, but we aren't classified as the same species. We are however, the same genus, the homo genus.

And much like the Liger, Drow x Human breeding result is deformed and often fertile offspring because they branch the furthest away from humans due to isolation in caves (and likely plenty of incest since they lived in small familial groups). Drow can however have healthy children with other elves, but it's very rare.

Well, 'species', not race, but whatever, speciesist doesn't really have the same ring... XD

Normally, I guess we could blame it on magic, not genetics. lol
Unless it's like literally a fireball, using magic as an excuse is almost always a bad idea. Even magic needs laws. If it can't be explained, it's bad storytelling.

Even the Hulk has an explanation, even though it's not actually possible.

On the one hand, yes, on the other, not really.
"Magic" needs a kind of mystic component that is sort of explained, but not much further than most religious concepts.
There's the saying that "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic", but the opposite also holds true.
Though I do agree on the point you're making - could just be something like repressed genes activated by manalevels shadowrun style. :p
... Nah, not really You do you. You're doing it pretty well. ;)

Also, while Elvish is a separate species, I would consider common elves, dark elves, drows, high elves, and desert elves to be sub species of the broader "elf" species, not separate races from each other. They lived separately long enough that they developed unique characteristics from each other, such as different eyes, physical traits, life spans, and even mental capabilities in the case of Drow

Well, we know elf magic exists. Just ask Ashley and Nidra. :sneaky:

We're in it for the science. Whoever said porn and/or video games can never teach you anything?
Playboy taught me how to hold and read a magazine using just one hand so there's that.

If we're going to talk about what a species is, I'd like to point out that the concept of a species is human made, not some sort of natural law. And shit gets weird fast. Lions and tigers were brought up earlier as species that produce infertile offspring, but a handful of ligers and tigons have been fertile and second generation hybrids have occurred, so straight away that's not wholly correct. Then there are , where Species A is cross-fertile with Species B, and Species B is cross-fertile with Species C, but Species A and Species C are not cross-fertile with each other. And then there's the New Mexico Whiptail, which is a hybrid of two different species (little striped whiptail and western whiptail) that reproduces parthenogenetically, essentially using its uterus to grow clones of itself, a trait that neither parent species is capable of. Like I said, shit gets weird.

You can no longer download this game, even in the compressed version. Mega limits your download and the other hosting sites are terrible, you can't download 4gb without interrupting the download.
Is there no one who can make a torrent of it?
I think this is more an issue with your ISP or the intermediate sites between the file sites and you then with the sites themselves. Besides torrents are just too risky IMHO:

"One of the most common risks that torrent users tend to face is that of malware. You don't even know that the torrent file you have just downloaded from a source, may contain a virus. Such an act of downloading virus-affected torrent files can easily cripple down your computer system."

The definition of species is like Newtonian physics - it works for most situations and then goes totally pear shaped with others.

"The biological species concept states that species are reproductively isolated entities - that is, they breed within themselves but not with other species. Thus all living Homo sapiens have the potential to breed with each other, but could not successfully interbreed with gorillas or chimpanzees, our closest living relatives.

On this basis, 'species' that interbreed with each other cannot actually be distinct species."

They're definitely not the same race, and I would classify these elves as homo-sylian. Much like homo-neanderthalensis, we can have children with them, but we aren't classified as the same species. We are however, the same genus, the homo genus.
Except that some scientist use Homo sapiens neanderthalensis rather then Homo neanderthalensis because of the ability to produce fertile offspring (it is estimated that European stock has about 2% neanderthal DNA.)

Right. In fact there is even an RPG supplement ( ) on how magic is believed to work in our world (it sidesteps the whole issue of if it actually works because of course it does).

If you use MEGAsync, there is a 5GB download limit, but it will continue the downloads once the timer expires. Harem Hotel is still under that limit, so unless you're downloading tons of other shit at the same time, you shouldn't have any issues save your provider/connection which isn't a developer's responsibility.

Wow such deep conversation for a fap game.
It's bad enough that this game has so many interesting stories, but I think Runey really screwed us over by telling us there's a complete Lore behind the Harem Hotel world not to mention showing us maps of the world. How dare he add depth to a porn game. :ROFLMAO:
