Believe it or not, it is already compressed. It is actually about 100gb's uncompressed.
If compressed more, the graphics tend to suck.
There is one somewhere in this thread, just search for "compressed". But as was previously stated, it will look worse since this is already compressed.

So somehow I managed to miss the 0.16 update and now I go from 15 to 17. Is there a copy of it anywhere or do I have to re-download the whole thing?
You could redownload the whole thing, or you could install the v0.15 > v0.16 patch, then the v0.16 > v0.17 patch. That should work going all the back to when patches were included.
