you can talk to available girls, can navigate through the plane, and if you sleep for one day you get sex with android 18

You mean you don't know where saves are "stored"? In my PC is in

C:\Users\(My user name)\AppData\LocalLow\Eroniverse\Harem Island\Saves

It's not in the game yet. It says that in dialogue. You can only talk with few people, and don't forget to watch scene after you choose to sleep in MC's room.

Like all Eroniverse games. He makes some good characters and great renders at times. But damn that dialogue and story is a mess.

Just bellow the "screen" where we play, you should see "SAVE" and "LOAD" , just click there and then choose a Slot. I believe it is always visible.
