For Circe it was unlocked during a quest but I haven't seen it for Vex yet. I'm at the beginning of Chapter 1 atm. I think it only appears to get their panties.

How are you able to ask people for sex? Specifically Vex (And I dont mean the sex in the hotel once).
Yeah, I withstood the grind. Completed each rank up quest for all the guild ranks legitimately. It took...more than 20 hours of playing (Granted I was reading the text and dialogue for everything else in the game, it was a first-time playthrough). And in the end what I got was basically a glorified handjob scene during which she self-confirms that cocks indeed disgust her and that she is fully lesbian now. So not only was I not able to engage in some form of penetrative sex like you can do to pretty much every other girl in the game, but it's extremely unlikely to come in a future update either because you are completely out of her sexual orientation.
Don't think I've ever gotten fucked over so hard by a game before. Kind of killed all my desire to play through the rest of it. Why would you put a fully homosexual female character in a porn game where you're a male protagonist whose goal is to bang every woman in sight, and can also invite said lesbian character to your room, ask her to strip naked, and rub lotion on her bare body whenever you want. Seems kind of offensive in and of itself to even have that be an option if she's diametrically opposed to having intimate relations with men.
If this was their idea of being progressive, it was an extremely skewed way of going about it.
Haremon wise the fairy and the bunnygirl both have the "wanna fuck" option when you invite them over, i havent invited the Seraph over yet so dont know about her but besides them everyone else has a sex scene that triggers at certain points in the story or when they hit a certain affection. (the only one i remember triggering from affection was the dog girl i think) theres also a second scene for every girl you can get after making them your lover and sending them a text in the afternoon as long as you have the first 3 text conversations done. theres also some sex scenes for the NPCs but i believe Delilah is the only one who you simply ask to fuck while the others you have to do quests, so far only got Annies scene done
the seraph doesn't have the option: to see her first scene you must go to the goddess shrine in the town and donate exactly 69 bucks.

That still hasn't been fixed. That was the way to get the scene before she got her own story chapter, now you just continue through the story and it happens on its own.
completed the whole story so far and theres been no change to Kira or any of her options so you'll probably have to wait. i believe the devs mentioned Kira's gonna be involved in the story so maybe after that we'll be able to do more with her. either that or im wrong and there's some secret way

The latest version we have here (0.26) is the one with cheats enabled. Just press ` (~) and type the cheats. You have a list of cheats on the devs patreon in a free post.
i tried using those cheats and nothing happened, am i supposed to press a key afterwards to execute the commands inthe console?
