All that's missing is an up to date walkthrough or at least a hints which characters have scenes. This is one of the only games I've supported on Patreon for a few months, but I'm not fond of trying out all different scenarios with different reputation etc.

Try serving a couple of customers first, especially the pair in the upper lefthand corner. you may need to serve the empty table too. That's what triggered it for me anyway.
