mods can be run in the joiplay application, but only one mod can be installed

Ok, I'm getting a weird problem... Which has kind of turned into a big gameplay issue :
I can no longer use the mouse to click around the map and make Hazumi move faster.
It's really bothering me since I can only use the arrows to move around now.

Has anyone else gone through that problem as well ?
