It's actually sillier than just them using Italian names, for whatever reason Avantgarde sets most of their games in some alt-history version of Italy.

Yeah the patch didn't apply. Try manually patching using the link in the OP. Or just download the game from the OP.

Oh sweet, the translation got updated with much much better AI translation with human editing instead of the horrible MTL from before.

Not from me but anybody with the tool can do the same thing. Just needs to be changed in the prompt and env file.
