"No More Money" is kind of similar, but here you only have one younger sister and the mom, the dynamic with them is similar to Kylee and Amelie, only the sister is yet another super slow burner. While there are several other potential LIs in this game you spend the majority of your time with the sister and mom (there's also an aunt). But No More Money is even more of a slow burn (no sex with any of the family members thus far, things are somewhat physical with the sister in later episodes, mom is not yet beyond the kissing and touching phase, but she really likes the kissing). However, the dev said this will change in the upcoming season 3 episodes and the MC will have sex with all important characters, game receives updates every 4-6 weeks, so you won't have to wait too long here.

U can try Hillside and the deluca family if u want gorgeous models and slow burn. But lemme warn you that both of these VN's don't contain any incest yet. It's gonna be sexy times between mom and daughters if the devs intends to include those but It will be a fucking long shot but anything can happen in a porn game right. Also let me warn you bout another thing that both these VN's put heart problems to shame in terms of slow burn. At least you get to fuck girls in HP, but in hillside consider yourself lucky if you get a kiss in the cheek and hand holding stuff from your favourite models. Still Don't know why the game is here instead of play store. Deluca got some spicy content in the latest update so yeah not so dry afterall in that. If u just want a pretty fucking good story then just go for the above mentioned games if you can ignore the non incest and ultra blue balling stuff.

Here on my system the saves are in
game folder (i.e. Heartproblems-06Beta Test Version-pc)\game\saves
So in the game subfolder, and there in the saves folder, I think that's standard for most ren'py games? Pretty easy to find!

saves are usually saved in appdata\roaming\renpy
i.e: \users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\Heartproblems-1600289843
Personally I tend to delete most updates after Im done with them, resulting in the obvious deletion of the saves in the game folder. But those saves are still in the appdata\roaming\renpy even if you delete the game.

You learn something new every day!
Never bothered to look into my Windows profile folder... and sure, there are all the saves from all the ren'py games. Well, that makes sure you will almost never lose a save file when it's stored in both the game folder and the win profile folder.

Nope, he was clearly exaggerating to show how much he enjoyed the game.

I don't really understand why this MC and girls keep saying "WE CAN'T DO THAT" I mean why the hell not? why things have to slow down only for MC that much? they're not nun or virgin or something they're all adults and already sexually experienced so having some fun between adults who sexually attract each other is bad thing because? just an excuse for delaying progress I guess.
