Amelie is one of the best-looking 3D CG milfs I've seen in a while, but the game itself feels almost pointless.
Seems like this is yet another "dev" who prefers to do the Patreon grift where they pretend to have reasons why the updates are slow, and are just leech pieces of shit who want to milk people? Because making and completing a game is too much of a struggle, I guess?
It's pretty obnoxious how often this kind of thing happens, especially when you know that the only reason why you don't get many/any sex scenes in your porn game is because the "dev" is trying to string along the people silly enough to give them money instead of trying to make a game that has actual content in it.
"The actual sex is coming soon! I just need a few thousand dollars more to model the vulva, so if you could just slide me $5 each for the next few months, then we could really have a chance at making it fellas. You don't understand because you're not devs like me, but this is sooooo hard you guys."
A year or two later, the update finally releases: "Oh, no sex this time. I got some scenes of the girls in different outfits though! We'll get to the sex next time, but there's just one problem. I hate to ask, but if you could slip me $5 each of you, so I could work on modelling their buttholes, that would be really helpful. The sex scene with be the best scene to ever sex, I promise."
I think the milkers would find more success just making short games and finishing them, and then just making a new game with slightly different characters that's basically the same game, because at least then they would have a reputation for completing games. You're still milking the same audience, but your reputation would be better and you'd catch more fish willing to throw you a few bucks.
Tbh, I think this guy would make more money if he just stopped pretending to be a game developer and instead just started making CG packs to sell on some website or upload to Patreon behind a paywall. At least then he could actually give new (visual) content for the people who want it, without all the additional red tape of pretending to have to insert it into a "game" where nothing really matters in the first place. It's just a slide show with extra steps. There's not much actual gameplay.
At this point, I'd be cool with just getting a folder full of Amelie CGs and forget the "game" itself ever existed. Buddy can't even make a decent game in Renpy, so it's clear that game development isn't their calling. He'd have a less shitty reputation too.

Even though he now works on this game only when he finds free time, his fame is already very high and if someone stops financing there will always be a new person to finance it so I think it's a positive thing for us because if he works little he knows he earns the same and it will never occur to him to abandon it

I believe one of Amelie's fans murdered the developer when they found out there wouldn't be any content with her in the upcoming update. RIP

Pausing payment is milking. The clue's in the concept of pausing. It's temporary. Paused then un-paused. Still milking, at half speed.
Sadly, anyone who doesn't understand the concept of a pause isn't going to understand that they're being milked and in fact, emboldened by some other-worldly logic, even take to the forum to expressly state it's not milking.

Deep inside even you know that ain't gonna happen. Patrons are happy with whatever scrap these devs throw at them be it Xenorav or devs like Stoper, Icstor, Irpheaus,....... Their subscriber count keeps on increasing every year irrespective of how shitty the update schedule is and the delays continue.
