It's suppose to be Xeno's way to bypass Patreon's rule on incest. You can define MC's relationship with each characters, so in this case, it's defaulted to non-aunt but you know...you can always make her your aunty.

If and when an update actually comes out will be the only way to know and see if any content is actually changed (if none changed then they just reinstated it since nothing was wrong), or he actually makes a post about what happened and what has been going on with him and his game...
