I have a very vague recollection of MC having like a heart condition at the start of the game or something... or maybe that's from a different thing.. idk.

Yeah, he had some hospital shit, but it was never elaborated on, guess Xenorev just forgot about it.

That's a small typo in the script file "ch9eng.rpy" ( arelay!cl -> arelat!cl )

Here a fix/patch for that (with or without the WT from JokerLeader)
Install: extract the Zip and replace the files in the .../game/ folder.

Does not work for me.
