Should we ignore bisexual girls to avoid gay content? 5 girls is a bit too much, it would be too much loss of content for me, maybe this game is not for me.

I like to think the devs did a market survey which told them that what players really want is:
1) stripper LI
2) single mom LI
3) drug addict LI
4) depressed, inebriated MC
5) scruffy bearded, middle aged MC
6) no Heidi's mom
And then they were like, 'gotchu fam hold my beer'.
I get that not every game is going to tick everyone's boxes, but boy does this feel like it will appeal to such a niche audience compared to their previous title. I say this in earnestness because I want devs to find success, but feel like it misses the mark and could set them back years in gaining a following that their talent deserves.

Still beats the vast majority of popular generic crap that's made. It's different, it's bold and that's a plus from me.
To me it's more like they made a cast of likeable characters that's not ctrl-c/ctrl-v'd college girls from other VN's. Instead of being just fap-objects, They're more like flawed, normal people. (that people gon' fap to, sure.) But personally, I find it more interesting than the formulaic stuff that tends to pop up.

Honestly even tho it's only a first episode I already find most of the characters more likeable than those in Bare Witness for me personally. The BW character not bad by any means just I didn't vibe with them as much as these character so far expect for 1 of them.
Completely agree, I usually have a good sense who I'm 'going for' in most of these games at the end of the first episode. But damn, Pixie, Nova, Nami and Fawn are all making me curious for more. Not to mention frickin' Gas pump Charlie. I need a prequel with him as an MC.

You missed the best chic in the lineup imo so far in the lineup of dancers since they cannot be called strippers at all!.... Can you make another and get one for Sky (Nikki)?
I really liked this dev's first game Bare Witness, but I HAVE TO BEGIN BY SAYING THERE IS ONE MAJOR ISSUE

Hell Yeah That's what I am saying or hell I would just go with Nikki(Sky) with a here and there with Aurora (Pinkie). I am 100% good with just a solo Nikki (Sky) route just as I was with Val in Bare Witness who is and will always be a fine ass li in any game!Just give me some Nikki / Sky and Aurora / Pink with a dash of Pixie / Coral on the side and we good no one else matters to me

yeah that's my only major complaint too. I don't care if it's an actual law for Louisiana , sometimes it's better to change things a bit and realism be dammed. it's not the image I have in my head at all. I get if they didn't want to do it with main girls but some topless background character would of been enough and would of sold the image of a strip club alot better.

I'm glad my state isn't as archaic in its strip club laws.
I knew some states didn't allow full nudity, requiring at least a thong, but I was unaware any didn't allow the girls to go topless.
While its different than what many of us are used to when it comes to strip clubs, I kind of like it, it'll make it a bit more special when we get to see each girl nude for the first time.

It's amazing how many people seem to complain about something that's obviously an intentional choice in a way that suggest they think their complaint/s is going to make the devs just throw out their plans and start from scratch.
S&S have established their credibility, they have a strong fan base, and they let that fan base know what was coming long before the game was released. They've not shown a penchant for making changes based on such complaints and requests, so actually getting into arguments about such things really seems a waste of time.
No reason not to share your opinion. But arguing the point beyond that is just rude and a waste of time. Complaining that they could change the laws in their game when the choice for the location was BECAUSE of those laws really makes me wonder why some of you are even still here ...
