To be fair to Louisiana, it's not the only state as Virginia is another state that has a similar law:I'm glad my state isn't as archaic in its strip club laws.
I knew some states didn't allow full nudity, requiring at least a thong, but I was unaware any didn't allow the girls to go topless.
While its different than what many of us are used to when it comes to strip clubs, I kind of like it, it'll make it a bit more special when we get to see each girl nude for the first time.

The provisions of clause (i) shall not apply to persons operating theaters, concert halls, art centers, museums, or similar establishments that are devoted primarily to the arts or theatrical performances, when the performances that are presented are expressing matters of serious literary, artistic, scientific, or political value.
