Well, the bugged version is playable. Only real fail is on one outcome on Sarah's bad path at the end (which breaks the game) and the mission choice if you have some odd combination of switches at the start. So, if you're not playing Sarah's bad path you probs might be OK?
I know some peeps have played a whole pile of times with no problems but I can't make any guarantees.
BTW, Your Be a Smart Pirate speech? is awesome. I get people wanting to play the latest version straight away, but if it's a broken version, you are less likely to get backers. Sometimes it's broken because the uploader messed it up and not even the developer's fault.

All the times I've seen those bloody screens and never noticed!Hey, Notty, I keep forgetting to tell you there's a small spelling error on Sara's information in the PDA: Instead of "Commendations and Demerits" it reads, "Commendations and demits". This also seems to have been copied over to several other profiles. Obviously, it's a game-breaking bug, so you're welcome.

Just to reassure you that the main game will be the same regardless.
The additional tiers really are for bonus content outside the main game together with polls etc. The only time I ever broke that rule was when Annie made BP and I added a very small scene in case the MC wanted to mention it to her just for continuity. I mean, I figured if he saw BP and her interview he probs would... But that's all the game differences so far and doesn't impact on any paths.

I have actually got a working solution to this (it was one of things I was working on in June) but I don't know if it's acceptable or not.
I've got it working so that you can just download Three so...yay. BUT you lose all the graphics from One and Two, so...boo. So if you want to replay the game in full you'd have to download the individual chapters again.
*scratches head* not sure if this is a workable solution or not - especially as people like replaying the game. So...I dunno. I'll think on and see if I can come up with something else. But I am working on it.

to convert (duh) all my PNG into WEBP format, and the size of the whole game becomes at least five times lighter afterward. It's real easy to use and you can maintain folders architecture too.
To prove my point, it took 10 minutes to batch convert the 2268 images found in those 3 chapters. Originally, it was 1.96Go, and now the new webp folder is 446Mo

Sounds good to me. In my case, previous chapters would die with my hard drive as there's no way in hell I would intentionally delete them, so no redownloading me.
I think having both individual and all-in-one options would cover it.
