I wouldn't say it's too simple, it's just a mini-game after all, but it's definitely fun enough for me to be interested to see if it can be expanded.

It may take a few tries, but if you pay close attention and think about potential consequences, it's not really that difficult to see most of it on your own. There are few things as rewarding as finding new stuff on your 15th run when you realize: "wait a second, she did mention "blahblahblah", I wonder what would happen if..." By following a walkthrough, you are robbing yourself of that experience.

Nottravis: I cheerfully admit this question has nothing to do with the game as such: but... I still gotta ask this one (curiosity and cats, you know): Did you create your avatar after your own image or is there no resemblance at all, because in real life you are a big bold guy from Chiapas, Mexico?

I have to concur. There were several key design structures in mind in making H5.It may take a few tries, but if you pay close attention and think about potential consequences, it's not really that difficult to see most of it on your own. Firstly to make it so it could be played as a non porn game. Now that may sound odd, but I figured if someone could play it with no smut at all then as a game it would stand on it's own rights - and thus be more enjoyable with the smut.
Secondly, and why we have so many paths etc, was to allow the player to have the experience they wanted. Not all content is for everyone and nor will it be going forward. But for as much content as I can I try to signal very clearly what's coming up and, on occasion, even allow peeps to back out of it later. So think of it as less as a content hunt and more by just playing as feels right to you, you should end up with what you want. Trying to get everything could well lead to content you don't want to see - especially as the game progresses. The Scarlet Pirate is a good example of this. Sarah's books won't be for everyone at all, but I figure if you're going down the bad path with Sarah then actually that's the type of content you may well enjoy. Etc

Finally, I'm aiming to make it a visual novel in it's truest sense with the emphasis on novel. It's a story, not a grind fest. We have no repetition (unless you keep replaying it of course!), no stat grind, no repeating actions. Although I use stats on occasion they are more for consistency checks than anything else so your story rings true.

I knew it! Nottravis' real name is Omar Sanchez, and his brother who worked with him on the banana farm is named Travis.No hablo ingles. Lo siento
But his mother, who kept forgetting his real name "Omar" due to her tele nova addiction , kept calling the two brothers "Travis" and "Not Travis".
Hence the nickname today: Nottravis..
