Maybe he was so much stupid that the Iowa ship captain decided to kick him out to a small time outpost, but i have my doubts specially when we see Sarah's profile stating she isn't very bright. :ROFLMAO:
Plus he decides to mess with the eletrical systems in the base right when you are trying to start checking the hardware/software for flaws.

ps: I wouldn't be surprised if Marcus is running some shady experiments on the alien natives.:alien:
The Iowa did crop up a lot last Chapter didn't it....

He always does it at that time of day. I heard him say it! :)
Thea is dead. I saw it on the news!
Oh, poor sweet naive innocent candid pure guileless Notty... You're too good for this world, but don't always believe what you see on the news, or what people say. People are bastards coated bastards with bastard filling. I know from a trusted source that the developper of this game, for example, is full of vileness and her plans are to lure us into a false sense of security before showering us with revelations upon revelations that medias and people lie!

This can't be true! Can it? *looks shocked*

People... Mike is actually a LGM in disguise, at the moment he switches the lights off, the other LGMs steal batteries from the station, but this time the tief was stuck in the spider cave

Oh, my sweet summer child, never trust a dev that would make Chris enter a room right at the moment where Annie is getting busy! Yeah, I'm still blueballed...
*gave -plenty- of warning!* :)

As a writer I was actually rather pleased that Annie obvs charmed you so much that you forgot that the very -previous- scene your MC tells you that Chris will be visiting! Yet you still went ahead anyway! :)

(this was of course on top of all of the other warnings/reminders that Chapter!)

Alcohol can make morons of even the smartest of us! I don't believe in this "foreshadow" thing that writers mention anytime they want to play with our achy breaky heart :( It's not as if having multiple scenes and lines telling how bad an idea this is should actually make it a bad idea! If humanity followed this trend, we would never have reached the moon. I'm an adventurer, I only aimed for Annie's the moon!

like you're one to talk....

That's Nottriarty for you. On a path to world domination through the blueing of everyone's balls. Soon we will all be eating out of her hand and we won't even know it!
(But seriously though I think it was a great pace setter. Cant give away the goods too easily or they lose value! Some teasing before the main course is great for the appetite.)

"Soon"? Buddy, you're 6 months too late, we're already dancing to the beat of her puppetmistress' fingers' strings!

*curtsies*

Also it sets up a totes different branch of storyline. Anyone thinking that was just a "bad end" could end up missing out on some rather fun stuff...

Did you know that according to antropologists, the reason humanity evolved from monkeys was due to the consumption of fermented fruits? staying on trees didn't seem that safe when drunk... maybe getting annie in trouble is the way to have fun with annie and Sarah....
